I am so proud of myself...I had typed in some words which might not be looked fondly upon by the mods of this site.
I thought about it and did not hit send.
So proud of my ability to say no and let it go!

Thank God! JA objecting....get the show on the road already (me paraphrasing) to JB. What is the point? This is already in evidence.

I was only partially listening, but it sounded like she said a lot of "I'm taking classes", not that she has a Master's degree or a PhD in anything. Did I miss something?

I think JA is doing a really good job of taking the exact opposite kind of tone from the one the Defense had during the prosecution's case. He appears to be making an effort to not be combative, demeaning, or patronizing at all (no matter how redonkulous he actually thinks they're being).

I missed this. What are they fighting over at side bar?

SA objected to Jose's line of questioning stating that they want clarification on where he's going with this, as it doesn't seem to relate to items in evidence?

At least that's what I think happened.

ICA keeps giving nasty looks to this witness, and I've noticed her catching herself, That it's HER witness, and raising her eyebrows like she's interested. But her mouth still says 'I'm hotter than you.'

JMO

Keep in mind ICA has a mylar mirror and doesn't really know what she looks like anymore. :innocent:

JA is going to get JB so flustered during his case it will be hilarious. I wouldn't be suprised if JB stomps out with his arms crossed like a baby before this is all over screaming "He won't let me talk!" Boo Hoo.

FG and LDB seem to be reading the sidebar with amused looks on their faces.

You are now my new hero!!! What an example of restraint!!! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

:great::great::great:

Off topic but actually Baez might have missed his calling. He is asking questions that elicit explainations that are really making the subject not only easy for me to understand but very easy for me to understand and I"m sure the jury too. He should have been a teacher. JMHO.

I agree with Linda he's setting up for the contamination.

I thought he did have some teaching in his background. Am I mistaken?

DIRECT EXAMINATION OF HEATHER SEUBERT BY JB:

She is the unit chief of the fire arms tool marks unit at the FBI lab. In 2008 she was one of the supervisors in the DNA analysis unit.

12 years with FBI, prior to that with the Michigan State police. BS in forensic science. Currently enrolled in graduate program at UF.

Started as a biologist in the mitochondrial DNA unit. Promoted to forensic DNA examiner. Then spent time in Federal database DNA unit.

JB moved to have her qualified as an expert in DNA analysis and serology. JA agreed. Witness accepted by JJHJP.

While a forensic analyst at the FBI she became involved with this case.

She had her 10/8/08 report.

Q = specimen not known to a person. K = known sample.

On July 28, 2008 In this case she was given

OBJECTION BY JA - to items not in evidence.

SIDEBAR #!

more to come.....

Isn't this actually a State witness that the defense is using?? I remember her being on the State witness list. Funny if the defense is using State witnesses to try and prove their case only for the State to come back and get what they need out of these witnesses.

I said it before - I think this was exactly the State's plan!

Note the State is extremely calm, confident and polite this morning. Tells me everything I need to know at this point. :great:

I just got on...so Defense witnesses are the State witnesses? Didn't he already do cross on them?
