I like this break to discuss matters just after the State's objection and side bar...jury is going to see that JB is up to something, not following legal proceedure. Slow start and JB has not gotten into any of his fantasy opening statement. I am sure they are wanting him to get right to it, but here we are with him wasting time. Love that the state are making haste with his CIC.

Boy am I lucky! Got here late but just in time to objection, sidebar and recess till.... Wall, it'll give me a wee bit of time to catch up. Make lemonade when given lemons kind of thing. :-)

Casey Jordan on TTV mentioning the transposed numbers in the Big Surprise Witness Conspiracy.

Go AZLawyer! :)

And almost an hour into this I have yet to see JB's point.

Been watching since the trial started and have yet to figure out his point :waitasec:

 Good to be back. A big THANK YOU to all of you for keeping me updated.

Could not agree more.... prayers to George... strength.

He really was 'a nub of a man' before all this. Now he's lost sweet Caylee AND his daughter is a sociopathic murderer (IMO). And he has to sit next to CA, and hem & haw and try to get the person who murdered your granddaughter freed. Cindy keeps a tight leash on him, imo, and it shows. He looks broken. JMO

Get to it and show us how you think she is innocent!!! We already know TL didn't do it.

Talking about the new witness on IS. They still have it wrong and are saying they've heard phone #s are very close and George misdialed. But their conversation made it sound as though they are losing confidence in the creditability of calling this witness. (Didn't stop them, though, of showing his mugshot and dredging up his criminal history ~ again.)

JA & JB have agreed on what exhibits will be used.

Carry on....

Just for clarification, since it appears some have taken offense at my question about this FBI analyst testifying for the defense....

I saw a tweet from the courtroom that this witness was the defense’s very own FBI analyst. From that I concluded that she no longer must work for the FBI and had gone over to being a “paid” expert, or hired gun for the defense.

My bad. My apologies if I offended any LEOs, ex-LEOs, LEOs-to-be, etc. That was not my intention.

And, of course, I do understand that if a witness is subpoenaed they have no choice but to comply. I also understand the extent of exculpatory evidence.

BBM WIll be telling, IMO, if George concurs.

It looked obvious to me Casey was whispering to Simms about a juror
