Okay, I now firmly believe the DT is purposely trying for appellate issues now.

Hope HHJBP asks the dessert lady to give them pop tarts as up and out they go again.

A cone of silence from Get Smart would save time

You've got to be kidding! Judge kicking jury out again!!! They're like human pop tarts.

Help me here....I don't think that the DT called this witness and asked this particular question just by accident. So, why did they ask this about the cuffs, knowing that it would open the door to this check fraud or stolen credit card stuff. I don't think they were doing this for the miranda rights stuff, because all of the police and family statements have already been testified to, so it's a little late to bring that in now. Why were they asking that? I don't get where they were trying to go!

KC better hope they have something in mind. In my mind, they just can't get off their pretrial arguments no matter what. That is only my own opinion.

If the judge sustains this objection the jury is going to be very suspicious and angry at the DT. JMO

Was there a quote from JP or possibly Strickland pre-trial about the jury not being Pop-Tarts?

The jury has to be wondering why all of this brouhaha over just about every defense witness (especially the forensics, a lot of legitimate objections by the SA), constant sidebars, they have been sent out more times than during the State's case during the DT's case. I would wonder what the DT is constantly up to. In fact, there was one objection to a DNA expert I believe, and that person NEVER returned, and I don't think they were ever told why. The witness just disappeared. I would think this is very odd, IMO, MOO
