It is not what you say but what you don't say, Lenamon just spoke volumes by saying he cannot say ... They knew what happened and where Caylee was, ICA o'd her.

That just slays me, so many know what happened but the jury is not allowed to hear certain testimonies. It's so curtailed, but that is our justice system and
I question it but again I can't. I've never been there done that and hope I never do. Knock on wood

Yes, it does make sense, they were looking everywhere in that area EXCEPT where Caylee was. That is my point. JB had them go out there and go everywhere EXCEPT where she actually was. I think ICA told him where she was, and to create doubt, he had them go everywhere near the actual location. Without going to the location! :twocents:

And remember this is one month before she was actually found by RK. Also, back then, wasn't everyone still looking for a "live" Caylee? Obviously someone had been told she wasn't.

The panel is saying the motion said defense claims she's "incompetent" to proceed..It was something she said to them? Now saying it's about her wanting to take the stand which they are against.

One and the same. I thought he should have been keeping a low profile since he got in trouble with the California Bar.

Probably a combination. They were looking to make money by their own admissions. DC and JB got into it, because JB didn't pay him. So, I think it could be both. They were used and at some point, and were in on it at some point (for other reasons).

I don't know that they realized what was happening at the time. Especially Hoover! :twocents:

ETA: I DO NOT believe in conspiracy theories. This DC/JH thing, I believe just became an excuse for the DT to use and say what "was not" present, because JB knew where Caylee was all along.

We don't know what happened or how it came about, and certainly, neither does NG...it is sealed. Casey may have had a meltdown, real or otherwise, or else she was insisting on taking the stand, while her defense felt she had no clue what it could do to her future...anyway if CA really want the incompetent thing, you'd think she could have fooled 1 of the 3 shrinks...

What I'm speculating is Casey demanded to testify, her attorneys advised her against it, she had another "fisty fit" outside the courtroom so her attorneys filed the motion.

This is the one and only time I will stick up for ICA..It was one of the lawyers who stopped the trial..NG should really be pulled from the air...she tells people things that are NOT true..I can not believe people still watch her..she is rude to EVERYONE and JVM is starting to act just like her...just wrong what this TH DO!!!
The expression TOT MOM is so totally disrespectful to poor Caylee's memory
This beautiful child had a name-CAYLEE..and ICA does not deserve to be called a mom!!Sorry for my rant-but I am so tired of people like NG and JVM!!
