DT filed a motion against SA's for misconduct. That motion has now been withdrawn

Supreme court is arguing death penalty may be unconstitutional and may need a non death penalty jury. DT withdrew their motion about prosecutional misconduct.

But unless something has changed in the last week that we've missed, that ruling was directed at one specific case only - it wasn't a "general" ruling?

No fruit for me first thing in the AM Beach - it hits the body as straight sugar, never a good idea.
