GA back on stand....JB ...back from hotel and were at your home on 12/20 they issued a second search warrant and you were home that day....you got confrontational with the officers? yes...had to be removed and taken to back of house outside....I was asked to step outside....told Sgt. Allen - pg 79 line 17 & 18 ...Det. Allen...(object- .....told Sgt. Allen "take your ****ing minions and get out of my house!" (object....sorry date 20th? -
they then confiscated further materials from your home...next thing occurred SA issued a subpoena for your fingerprints....probably happened right around that time....in 12/08 don't remember exact date....how many times SA issue subpoena to you? object - sustain....not something you provided voluntarily they issued subpoena...yes...when video surface of Dom Casey and Jim Hoover searching the area.....noticed this video and become aware of it (object-point in time relevance) in Jan early 2009 when video first surface did you go to Dom Casey and ask him about it (object-when surface - overrule) didn't know anything about video being shot until it was released.....did you go and ask DC what he was doing in the woods...they had just found granddaughter in the woods near that area? I was told that but I didn't hve that coversation with DC....never sparked curiousity? (object-ask and answered) after all investigations search warrants and subpoena in early Jan 2009 did you feel...(object-argue/assume facts not in evident-overrule) you knew you were being investigated? (object no evidence gA was being investigated-....was pressure getting to you - object argument X2 overrule...I was always helped or got info about my granddaughter to bring her back home...all cooperation ended on 12/20 when you asked LE to leave your home....the loss of my granddaughter...tumultous time ....all cooperation ended 12/20/08 when you instructed LE in not so polite manner to leave you home.....stopped ....so many people were investigated....is answer yes or no...if yes or no....I have cooperated that would be a yes.....you called many people when you decided to commit suicide....called many people and you called me? I don't know....you called many to tell them you were going to do it.....object argument......immediately after leave hospital have several media appearances after leaving hospital....how long before ....exact times and date....1/22 was alleged attempt - no wasn't alleged I attempted!....were you on Fox News 48 hours? I believe so....
you traveled to Calif. to Larry King show just before remains were found (object- overrule) purpose of that media appearance...missing granddaughter and other children...did you receive phone calls before you arrived? just as we were boarding our plane...CA got some phone calls that morning don't remember if JB or LE or who....we were taken to Ritz-Carlton...we were taken someone arranged for that....small window of privacy to deal with it and your wife? on the plane we had some time 5 1/2 hr flight - numerous people ....we wait to get off....just falling apart..what going on ....what next....try to console each other...only had each other...talked to JB later that evening....you and wife had dinner @ Ritz-Carlton that night W/Mr. Baez.....may we appraoch?
