YM is JB's sixth witness today (GA, CA, BS, RK, Officer P. and YM--did I miss anyone?). Considering Mr. Baez said yesterday he had only 6 witnesses left, does this mean Baez is about to rest?

Wouldn't that be ... divine? A dream come true? A light at the end of what has been a very long abysmal tunnel?

If you can ruin someone's day it's good and if you can ruin several of their days it's even better. If you can't get your client acquitted at least you've gotten to exercise some power over a number of individuals that stand in your way.

I've been quite fair minded during this trial well as much as I can be.

Baez has not raised reasonable doubt with RK IMHO as of yet.

Even RK son even though it appeared to contradict Kronk's testimony does not prove that the defense theory that Kronk "stole" Caylee's body. JMHO.

Yes, I do see the point; but manipulating the remains COULD have disturbed, removed, altered, fill-in-the-blank evidence; and may that (if it happened) may that not possibly be at risk of being characterized as tampering? (....asking - not arguing)

yes, i agree but wasn't it established that the jaw wouldn't have been attached had the duct tape not been there? i think they are trying to insinuate RK manipulated the remains but I dont buy it because the jaw was still attached.... i believe the duct tape was part of the murder weapon...
