How many people think ICA will take the Stand???

I can answer number 1, there is great theory put together by JWG who believes that sometime when Casey was putting her phone records/Caylee photos on a zip drive for Yuri she went into the password protect user account/profile and deleted all of her Firefox history- that was then able to be retrieved as it was in unallocated space and had not been written over by the time the computer was seized. What was unusual was the size of the file indicting that the history had been deleted as a whole (at one time) rather than just deleted on a day by day basis. IIRC
 
Who wants to bet if Casey takes the stand, the Hawk show's up!
 
I re-watched some of the video of GA on the stand last night....ICA seemed to look at the jurors for some time while GA was up there, then she would look back at GA.....I was thinking that all of the jurors must have been looking at GA.......this makes me think that ICA will take the stand, only because SHE wants the spotlight.....kwim?
 
Morning all! The tension is nearing the overload level. Hoping ica takes the stand and gives ja a shot at breaking her glass house with his mack truck load of bricks! With as many doors as jb has opened up for ja, let's hope he opens this last one and let's the mack truck with ja ast the wheel drive on thru!

I'm almost certain Linda has at least one son, I think I heard her mention something about him in the very beginning of the trial....something about making arrangements for him.........
 
I think she will take the stand today, and I base that on the conversation between Baez and LDB yesterday followed by her questions to the judge about working Sunday and Monday at the end of court. I suspect she is preparing her cross. JMO
 
The forum is obviously having some issues this morning....never has there ever been only 70 users online throughout this trial! Im picturing panic attacks nationally, and mass amounts of WS'ers already headed for their liquor cabinets.

I was thinking last night about what was wrong about that family. They are obviously dysfunctional. Something severe is wrong - and I wondered, could it be abuse? Could that be true? Because something major has gone wrong. They are not the garden variety minor dysfunctional family

And it occurred to me that the "BIG SECRET" of that family might just be Casey herself. Like you said here.

It might just be that that whole family over the years morphed into living the big lie that Casey was normal when, in fact, she was horribly disturbed. And after being in denial about it for 20 years or so, this family fought and fought to get everyone to be part of that denial. Until they couldn't, anymore.

If ICA takes the stand, it could damage further appeals.

As we stand today, the DT went with a ridiculous sequence of events, with far too many SODDI theories. Only ICA can testify to those 'facts' and without her testimony she is done. However if she does testify, she will be forever tied into the current theory of what happened, staying silent will allow her to re invent her 'story' with a new DT upon appeal.


What a quandry for a sociopathic narcissist.
 
Good Morning Friends!!! Well, I am still following the duct tape like Baez said to and it has gotten me no where. Undecided on whether ICA will take the stand. I am sure she is about to pop to get up and tell lies to try and cover the truth that the prosecution has brought out.

Given his behavior in this case, I don't believe Baez would ever tip his hand to LDB. I was actually thinking that Baez was saying he would be done today was just a smoke screen to try and throw the SA off. I find it hard to believe ICA would take anyone's advice to not testify. But, who knows. I just don't trust them.
