ummm, the only reason I would call it powerful is it showed how humanely and respectively they said goodbye to their pets ... in contrast to how KC and got rid of her own daughter ...

Does anyone have any idea how long closing arguments will take? I have an appt at 10:30 of all times tomorrow a.m.

Each side gets 4 hours. HLN said it would go 3 hours for the prosecution, 4 hours for the defense, then 1 hour for the prosecution.

Does anyone know if the trial tomorrow will be on InSession? What about HLN? I need to know what to tell my DVR to record while I am at work! Also, I know this has probably been asked and answered many times...but what online site has the best place to watch the trial? (I'm gonna try and sneak my laptop in to work tomorrow and watch!)

I am waiting to see how much contempt is in his closing statement. HHJBP issued very specific rules on what can and cannot be included. Nothing can be added to the facts in evidence, and reasonable inference. There is very little of that that JB will want to emphasize. Should be interesting...

That is going to be JB defense argument when he violates the order. He'll argue it was reasonable inference. The problem with that is that his view of what is reasonable seems to me to be leaps and bounds away from what many and/or most others believe is reasonable. However, all that matters is what HHJP thinks is reasonable and as of right now I believe he's at the end of his rope with JB and his shenanigans.

It will definitely be interesting to see what happens with JB tomorrow. I'm looking forward to see how he complies with this order almost as much as I am to see the prosecutions closing statement.

I just had another thought too, I wonder how many times he will try to interrupt the prosecution closing statement claiming they are violating the order. Tomorrow is his last attempt and last international media blitz so I fully expect him and his ego to be on full display.

Just to let you WSers know, I had a dream 2 nights ago that ICA got DP. Not that I have a great history on my dreams coming true...
I also had 2 dreams about Caylee within the last month. Don't want to say where she was in my dream, but she had her turquoise dress on from the Fathers' Day video and she was pointing to her mama. Dramatically. Same dream twice, second dream she was more emphatic. Usually that would scare me, but not this time.
Now I've let my fellow WSers know- can't tell my friends, they already think I've lost it!

IMO - JB was inferring that Cindy never did take Casey to see a GYN because she knew that a GYN examination would prove evidence of abuse. Big stretch if you ask me.

CA did say ICA had issues with her cycle. Sounds like she got bloated often and from time to time would "look" pregnant. GA talked about ICA gaining weight in her "butt"

As a nurse I know bloating symptom of some possibly serious problems like PCOS and even ovarian cancer. According to CA it had been going on for a while, dating back to high school. I know ICA was 19 but if I saw THAT amount of bloating...I would have had my daughter seen.
Any person with common sense (especially an RN) knows that there have been many many positive pregnancy tests from girls that claim they've never had sex.

Since CA said it I am going to believe this too was a lie.
So I'm inclined to believe under the surface she knew
something was wrong with that picture.
I get the denial about Caylee's murder...
I'm not falling for the pregnancy thing.
I think she knew, she was pissed and wasn't concerned
enough about ICA or the unborn child she was carrying.

that love for Caylee didn't start until the moment she saw her for the first time.

I wonder if judge will wait until he sees verdict to decide on AF motion for mistrial? He can.

You know........... as I've been thinking all this through day after day after day after day. I really think George said the most profound statement in regards to guilt or innocence.

Paraphrasing, but here's what he said: "The last person I saw Caylee with was Casey. In my mind, 1+1=2."

He also said, "I didn't want to believe BACK THEN that my daughter could be capable of taking the life of her daughter."

The 12 "real" jurors, and we don't know who they are at this point, will stay sequestered. As the real jurors drop like flies, alternates will be called in one at a time and deliberations will start all over again.

That's the way I understand it.

We do know who the 12 jurors are and who the alternates are. It's the jurors that do not know yet if they are an alternate or not. The first 12 on the list are the jurors and 13 - 17 are the alternates.

I can't remember his name at the moment, but he always talks like that. He's the guy who handled the Anna Nicole Smith case down in Florida and is one smart cookie. I get his name confused with the first judge on the CA case because they are so similar. Stan Strickland?

Judge Larry Seidlin. I don't know about him being a smart cookie, though. I think he's a bit of a nut job. JMO

I think we do know who the 12 are and the 5 alternates are.

I believe that is backwards. Closing arguments go: state, def, then state has a rebuttal closing.

I am glad Pam Plesea did get that out that no one had permission to print her comments. But that is what the media do.

Tell it HLN as they are running a countdown clock and always fill in when InSessions is not in session so to speak. I have heard them say all day long watch it here, we will carry it live. So unless my hearing has gone, I would set it for HLN station. That is what mine will be recording!

HUH? won't there be a transcript of the show?

That raises a red flag to me. Is that an odd comment?
