Haven't you? :) Anyway I have.

Uhmmm no.

And I can't imagine a lot of regular laypeople people have, until maybe after this came about ICA doing it.

It's not like ICA was an intellectual, science-minded geek. She was a party girl focused on clubbing and shopping. Cannot imagine any scenario in which she would type that in, unless for some reason she needed to make chloroform.

I suspect the Myspace comment triggered an idea in her mind, that if chloroform could be used in the commission of a date rape, it might also come in handy for keeping a little girl quiet and still.

I believe that the judge can overturn the verdit.

The judge overturned the verdict (wrongly, IMO) in the case against Howard K Stern and Dr. E for illegally providing drugs to Anna Nicole Smith. That was in California though. Laws might be different in Florida.

Ashton keeps saying how KC's reallly smart in his closing argument. I wonder where all her brains went when she kept lying to the police officers. I guess she was thinking she has to put all the lies in agreement with what she told her mother. What's strange though is she did thing about the future way back when she first begin her lies about Zanny. After the murder, she doesn't seem to think quite realistically think about her future and keeps lying.

Sorry, Pinkfly. I didn't read the whole google doc., but I might have confused it with the voir dire of a prospective juror who was going on a cruise. He was excused anyway.

yes the one that was excused was a sooner trip. :seeya:

Edited to add MY BAD! Apparently this was originally reported as being from while the child was missing, but was actually from 2003, before Casey was even born! No wonder we didn't see it at trial. D'oh!!

Original Post: Wow, just wandering through evidence, and I had completely forgotten about the journal she kept, including while Caylee was gone! Scary stuff, about brand no beginnings, no regrets but a bit worried, and how she's finally happy. UGH.

Then that contradicts that CA cleaned the car with cleaners.
Maybe I'm mistaken but I'm under the impression that it's a known fact that CA used cleaner to get rid of the smell.

I never thought that Cindy did the cleaning on the car ~ Not enough time to get it as clean as it was.

But, Casey had some time on her hands to do it...........

PS:
Greta's show is covering this tonight - Baden, Mark Eigliesh, Dr. Keith Ablow, and another woman - name is escaping me now ~

Wasn't Anna Nicole Smith abusing the drugs on her own though?

There will always be nagging concerns for me over that situation.

-How did GA "know" to bring gas with him to the tow yard?

-If he "knew" the car was out of gas, why did he try to crank it first?

-Why didn't Baez ask Burch, "Of the last 500 people who have come to your yard to pay several hundred dollars in towing charges, how many of them brought gas?"

-GA's an ex detective whose daughter and granddaughter are missing. He finds her car abandoned and towed, reeking of the smell of death. He simply rolls the windows down so he can stand to drive it home where his wife, who's a nurse and also knows the smell, can clean the trunk and wash the clothes in the car?

AND GEORGE JUST GOES TO WORK?

NEVER THINKS TO CALL LE?

Don't get me wrong, I'm completely convinced that ICA killed her child, but I can't give poor ole George a pass of not being complicit.

Wasn't it typical for Casey to run out of gas? If so then I don't think it was unusual he brought a gas can because her running out of gas would have been a strong possibility.

I think him not calling 911 does look odd from one perspective, but I think there was probably a level of denial there at that point. I don't think he was ready to make that leap that Caylee had been in that trunk even though there were red flags. I mean think about it. If someone you loved suddenly had a car that turned up smelling like death you probably wouldn't assume they had killed someone. It's the denial afterwards that puzzles me.

I don't believe in Chloroform theory. Household products contain chloroform. The traces of chloroform can be explained by CA's cleaning of car to get rid of the smell.
I think that was a fabrication by SA.
If someone searches chloroform and how to make chloroform then 'shockingly' high levels of chloroform shows up in their car the most logical conclusion is that chloroform was made and used.

I think she was hoping someone would steal the car. It would either disappear for good or at least whoever stole it would get blamed for any new smells. Problem was no one wanted it.

That's ONE reason she is such an <mod snip>...If she wanted someone to steal the smelly car, why did'nt she leave the keys in it? I really don't think many know how to "hot wire a car"..lol, although it happens on TV......:floorlaugh:

I believe that the judge can overturn the verdit.
Judges rarely go against a jury's recommendation. That's an insult to them, after all their discussions and deliberations. No one would want to serve if their recommendations were discarded. As KC would say "A waste, a huge waste..."

CA said she used a whole can of Febreze for the smell. She never said she used cleaner.

Everyone get a good nights sleep as justice day is tomorrow.
The jury will wipe that smile off ICA's face for good.

From your lips/fingers to the jury's minds!!!!

Lord, I hope so.

This case is draining me.
No garden this year - my flower beds have gone straight to weeds, and if I really wanted to, I could probably plant my garden in my living room.
No one is eating here unless they fend for themselves {which is okay - they're all adults}, and even the cats are getting tired of having to lay on my lap and watch this with me!!!

I can answer the question highlighted...Some cars that are towed ARE just out of gas.

Wasn't Anna Nicole Smith abusing the drugs on her own though?

Sure she was, but they provided them for her by the truck load, knowing she was an addict. The doctor didn't even keep records, just kept writing the scripts, including drugs that she was told were a deadly combination. It is illegal to provide drugs to an addict unless they are medically necessary for a legitimate medical reason. There is NO medical reason that anyone, even a person in the final stages of cancer, would require so many different drugs in such huge quantities, all obtained under various names to avoid detection by the DEA.

Los Angeles County is appealing the Judge's decision... JMO- the appeal court will restate the verdicts..
