Kathi saying some of the jurors dressed up, if it was Murder 1 they would not be meeting with press today if they gave a verdict so she doesn't know what to make of it. Maybe dressing for the role of their important job...

ok folks all I see on CNN live is something about a shuttle and no casey anthony live. Are they not streaming today??

Also, I explain to people that you dont duct tape a dead body and that regardless if CA accidentally died or not, putting you kid in a trunk STILL isnt legal!!!!!!! Injecting drugs in a 2 years old STILL aint legal and neglecting or abusing your child and then they die still means your are responsible for his/her death and of course STILL aint legal.

I heard last night...somewhere...that if she is found guilty and it goes to penelty phase, that the juror with the london plans could be excused, and an alternate would be brought in (they would have to stick with the guily verdict) for the penelty phase....did I hear this correct??

It annoys me when I hear that people feels sorry for KC because she couldn't afford better than Baez; she darn well could and a high priced one at that, but she chose Baez instead. A friend of mine said that maybe if KC could afford a better lawyer, etc - well, I set her straight on that score, let me tell you!

And KC had very good lawyers for free: LKB, AL, CM.

She wasn't short-changed in the least.

I gotta tell ya, I think Baez did pretty phenomenal with what he had to work with...the chick is guilty as sin, I think he did VERY well poking dents in her big old "I'M GUILTY!!!!!" flashing neon sign that she wears around her neck.
