Juror 11 didn't think Roy Kronk meant much to the case. Not a lot of time spent on him.

Juror 11: "He stated that he did remove the remains at a time. You know he pick the bag up. At one point, a skull came out. Nothing puts him in the house, that shows he was involved in the A family. But grey area there. But did not put him in the mix those days."

Greta asked about the car and the child being in it and how the body got to where the remains were found. He said
"It wasn't very far, whether she was put in the trunk of Casey's car, uh, there is a good possibility of that. Again, it's a suspicion. You know, was she put in that car then taken out of that car then put in another? We don't know the whole process of going from the house to the corner of Suburban Dr. or to the spot on Suburban Drive. So, You know I don't have, I wish there was something that could tell us that as to how that really happened. Who put the body in the car, how they put the body in the car, what happened to the body before it was put in the car, those are issues that we just don't know."

I accidentally posted this on the HLN thread.

Okay. This tells us that they decided that Caylee's death happened in the house. Now, there were only two cars there; George's and Casey's. So why is it such a big debate about which car had a decomposing body in it? The one that stunk, had death-band hair and two dogs hit on ~ or the other one that was pristine?

This is a small example of "connecting the dots." It's not even critical thinking; I know because I'm not good at that. They should have been able to deduce, at the very least, that Caylee's dead body was in Casey's car ~ if they had given it any effort, brainstorming or real exchange of ideas.

The insight of his saying that they (he) concluded it was only a "good possibility" and they only considered it a "suspicion" that Casey's car was used tells me the jury did not do their due diligence.

And this is only one example of which we have knowledge. I am sick.

:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

Does anyone think the "jury foreman" is going to write a book ? I do !

I bet for the past week, he has been "shopping around" for an "agent" ... getting everything lined up including his big "pay-off" ... :banghead:

And you can "bet" that the Jury Foreman got "something" for these interviews with Greta and Fox -- whether it be directly -- or through his "new agent".

But his "payday" for the "interviews" would be "peanuts" next to what a book would bring in !

Yep ... the "jury foreman" has been "holding out" for the most "profitable deal" he could get !

It took the "jury foreman" one week before he did an interview with Fox News ... and NEVER bothered to explain the 'NG Verdict" IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE READING OF THE VERDICT ...

Yep ... it's all about the $$$$$

:banghead::banghead::maddening::maddening:

His book will have to be sold under "Fiction".

Maybe the media has it backwards and he is a STUDENT in special education?[/QUOTE
A student in special education would be able to to clearly see what is and what is not. She is guilty, end of story, it would be that simple. done.

I find it very hard to believe that all 12 of these jurors believed a guy who 1) does not even know how to enter a piece of evidence into the record and has to be told by the judge how 2)who asks a police officer if they ask a stupid question like-did you ask KC if she committed suicide 3) my favorite-I know it did not happen in front of the jury, but I so wished it did..Mr.Beaz-what is 21-7--I DON'T KNOW-LOLOL

Yeah me too I noticed Nancy Grace hasn't interviewed any of them yet

Too scared to go on there. No way would Nancy let any of this stuff go. She'd be all over it. Just like if there was ever someone I'd want to see interview Casey, it would be NG. The entertainment value would be priceless but on both sides(jurors and Casey), it won't happen.

I'd love to see some interviewer actually quiz them on the facts.

There were many days of testimony. But, the evidence can be distilled down to 10 or 12 key points. I would like to see someone ask just one juror about each of these key points. If these questions were put to #11, I don't think would get any of them correct. He, somehow, sat there for the entire trial and missed everything.

What is driving me crazy is DT asked zillion times for a Mistrial...............I really wish they would have gotten one.

I just question his motivation for getting it, after all he is willing to ignore all evidence and turn a child killer loose among his future special education kids.

That's true. You know I hope KC has more than one experience like OJ did after his aquittal.

OJ went into a restaurant that is independently owned and was refused service by the owner of Ruby's (Jeff). He made him leave his establishment, when he did the rest of the restaurant gave him a standing ovation for making him leave.

Of course OJ being the narcissist that he is brought suit against Mr. Ruby citing racisim. That suit was dropped.

I hope KC faces that over---and over---and over.

I am hoping she can't keep her fingers out of someone's cookie jar and gets caught for theft of checks...money...etc. before she has a chance to kill again. JMHO

He said "good morning" and "good afternoon" every single day! They developed an ever lasting bond! Those evil ASA's didn't. It seems that a lot of this stuff was really just that simple.

JA and LDB were too smart for the jurors to follow while JB dumbed everything down. I thought that would be insulting to the jury but as it turns out they related to that. :/

From what he said, I'm conjuring up some scene where the jury thought it was plausible that Casey drove the car 50 feet toward Suburban, passed the bags off to Roy Kronk, who drove his car to the site, Casey removed the bag, handed it to George who rode with Kronk, and then Kronk placed the body there for future retrieval. Yeah, that could have happened. In fact, no proof it didn't.

The jurors had to leave their notebooks in the courtroom at all times. When they left for breaks and when they went home for the night. After the trial, the judge said they would be destroyed. I am sure they were told to leave them there when they were released to deliberate and that an officer of the court would bring them to the deliberation room. They had their notes to use in deliberation, and that and their collective memory are what what they are supposed to rely on most for deliberation. If they want testimony read back to them, they have to ask and its up to the discretion of the judge. They are not given a trial transcript to read at their leisure. They could not read over the entire trial again.... They jury instructions are to rely on notes and collective memory. That is what they did.

sounds convincing....but it's completely incorrect. in fact, when it was brought to the judge's attention that these 12 had failed to take their notes when released to deliberate, he is clearly shocked. you can see it in his raised eyebrows and all over his face. it is also apparent in his tone of voice when he immediately instructs his deputy to gather the notebooks and deliver them to the jurors. i am convinced judge perry was hit with a wall of dread in that very moment, as he realized just how inept these loons were and likely, how wrong it would turn out.

as i said, i was all broadcast live during trial. find the video. it's clear as clear can be...which i do realize doesn't matter much where this trial is concerned.

And even worse is they asked for no evidence. None. They were so sure of their memory and notes when clearly their memory failed. It's a travesty.

His book will have to be sold under "Fiction".

He better hire a ghost writer. The way he speaks in circles and cannot complete sentences or answer simple questions makes me think he could not possibly write a book worth reading.

I would suggest the title, "If I Was Stupid"

Holy carp! Did they need to be stroked and babied to that extent? And it worked?! That truly frightens me. JB Eddie Haskelled them and it worked. *SMH*

IIRC the sealed pics came about at the beginning of the case in a hearing with Judge Strickland. They were, in fact, the party pics and all the other ones with Casey peeing in the parking lot, hanging over the toilet, humping on the other girls at that party dressed like a Vegas dealer......those. That's when we here went on the goose chase and found *the* picture that went to the parking lot, and which we subsequently debunked as being Casey. I think that is what Wendy Murphy is referring to. She's nutters. Where does she get her hair done?

Bold mine.

Hair?...I thought that was straw!

Hmm. NG was off toniht and looks like she will be for 2 more nights. I wonder if she is dong an interview with the A's or juror 4...
