Is the court or CWW and his team trying to wait until AFTER the trial of MS and JRR? I would think if CWW goes first, MS would say...”look, you have the murderer....let us go”.....but if MS and JRR go first and convicted then they cannot blame it all on JRR. Hope that makes sense. Playing a wait game. Wish the trial for MS and JRR would start.

I guess I think things should be a little simpler than all this legal maneuvering. To me, CWW has accepted a plea deal. He's not going anywhere anytime soon so why not just postpone the actual sentencing until after MS trial to be sure CWW holds up his end of the deal?

I'm curious how the defense will try to discredit CWW when he testifies for the State. --This 30 year history between the two where it seemed CWW had more intellectual talent to offer MS than other way around. I recall witnesses describing CWW seemingly showing more emotion at TS memorial than MS (where CWW couldn't watch the live video of TS during service and abruptly walked out). At least compared to MS trying to organize a swim party! Also remember the partner of MS Sister saying that MS told his dying Sister she could only see the Siever children if she paid him $10k! If this case ever makes the courtroom, it will be interesting...

Could be, but there are other murder cases, including this example (also Florida), where a co-conspirator with a plea deal has already been sentenced (last year) and we're still waiting on the trials of two other co-conspirators:

HEY everyone.... Well this looks like a plan set from the get-go, right? Meaning, set up sentencing on the docket then cancellations until after MS & JRR trial, as in "Continuance"? I certainly don't know my way thru "legal strategy" other than the obvious. A good EX: the judge letting MS's quarter run out on obtaining a qualified death sentence attorney before appointing one whether MS approved or not. Then the defense got one vs letting the judge appoint. PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, will appreciate it.

I'm not surprised.. I wonder if he's going to try to use this as an excuse to not testify- he's in fear of his life. Time will tell, we could be so lucky that all 3 of them are served justice in prison.

Why would the Sheriff's office help Mark Sievers kill CWW? That's crazy.

Mark's attorneys will use this to try and discredit CWW's testimony. JMO
