So far. The DA may feel that most information on Mark is circumstantial similar to the Casey Anthony case. Same state as well with a possible same gullible jury pool. Lol

Plus his co defendants will be slayed on their past misdeeds to make it seem like they are trying to drag saint mark down to lighten their sentence.

So idk. But I think the DA knows that another female is involved and they are trying to catch all.

Remember. The sheriff said that this could be a movie due to the whole ordeal. Now we already figured the husband once the friends were caught. So it may be more connectivity where 7 people may be arrested for the murder of our beloved doctor.

But I'm thinking if another woman is involved. It may be office related/ affair. Hint: the movie.

But idk. I think CWW may have caught his lady up as well.

So no arrest may mean that others are still out there and they are constantly in contact with mark. Jmo

BBM. I also think its possible that the delay is related to another suspect or suspects. Could be that LE has another card up their sleeve, in the sense that they've figured out MS's means of communicating with additional conspirators. SMS might be thinking with the release of the docs combined with MS's freedom at the moment, this would naturally result in statements that incriminate other parties to this crime. Whether they're coconspirators or accessories or a combination of both.

Hmmm.... reading the 33 page Investigative report---during interviews with LE in regards to MS last communication with TS, MS states TS texted him that her plane had landed. Someone tell me I'm wrong BUT in forum discussions about that night regarding TS arrival back in Florida, wasn't it stated by her sister that TS phoned MS upon her arrival back in FL????? We here talked about 'that phone call' several times. I always questioned who may have really called MS since no one else there spoke with TS during that call. Lots of info in this case---maybe I'm loosing what mind I have left!

Okay. We all know hubby is always the first suspect regardless of their airtight alibi.

But this imo is where Mark truly messed up. Imo. Mark figure that the doctor whom he sent over there to check on Teresa, would automatically tell LE that Mark was a good guy and he doesn't know who would want to hurt Teresa.

Which was exactly what the unknowing friend stated to LE.

Now here's the onion.

LE was told by the doctor friend that hubby instructed him on how to get into the house to check up on his wife whom was only a half hour late for work.

Cough Cough. Lmao. Come on. LE probably said this:

"You mean to tell us that her husband immediately had you jump all of these hoops because his wife was 30 minutes late for work. Lol. Please call mark and tell him to get his female-dog butt cheeks (B.A) back here right now " Lol

And that my friends is probably how Mark was definitely on the radar since the first arrival of homicide detectives who were on the scene only 15 minutes after Marks original call to Dr .P.

Lol. The guy that Mark knew would be gullible. Was the same guy who unknowingly got Mark caught up by simply being innocent and telling the truth to LE of how quickly he was called and directed on how to check up on Teresa; Even though she was only originally a half hour late for work.

He may have pretended to be on the phone with her and lied to her sister.

I read this, thank you. I am looking for the evidence that they have on MS. Does everyone think it is hidden within the 3000 pages somewhere? Or is it just the opinion of the investigators that MS was involved?

The $4 million plus insurance policies that he lied about are also pretty convincing. If you are a juror, what are you thinking about this?

Truthfully I am thinking not near enough for a conviction. There must be more. But it is being kept quiet for now? Idk, maybe there isn't anymore and they are hoping this release will trigger a confession.
