The timing of events during that time period is interesting.

7/6 MS throws out computer equipment at RHHC
7/7 MS lawyers up and refuses to help investigation
7/9 CTW comes into the picture with info about CWW's involvement
7/10 Detectives travel to MO and interview CTW
7/10 Wrights drive home to MO
7/11 Warrants for CWW residence, prints and DNA as well as Warrant for MS's condo obtained
7/12 Warrants for CWW residence, prints and DNA as well as Warrant for MS's condo served

It is possible that the North Florida gas purchase posted on 7/10 was a 7/8 or 7/9 purchase date. Every card issuer is probably different, but my debit card transactions takes 1-2 days to post. So a transaction posted 7/10 may have a transaction date, the day or 2 days prior. They do show as pending on the actual day, and funds are reserved, but the final posting date is never the purchase date. Still waiting for that electronic evidence.

I did see a couple of checks written by TS back in 2005, and then a bank(s) subpoena that replied there was no account for Sievers.
What I am trying to get at is, to me it looks like they did not have a checking/savings account but instead kept all their money in their safes at home. jmo

If you've overlooked it, so have I. I don't think bank records have been made public- just some phone records and the misc checks pertaining to the life insurance payments.
But please correct me, anyone, if I am wrong (and kindly provide a link [emoji4])
MS needs to get cuffed soon... I'm getting WAY behind in my work hanging around waiting for The News. I missed the day of the doc drop and it took me three to catch up!

ETA--- I'm sure they have/had accounts. I'm sure we will (not) be surprised to see how little will be in them. That's what MS was trying to hide IMO. He juggled for a long time but TS was catching on. One can manipulate finances for only so long. A lot like a Ponzi scheme really. MOO

I didn't notice any. I think since this case is against CWW that these documents will be more focused on his (and the people close to him) accounts, actions etc. I really really really hope there is a trail that has not been released (or uncovered) that leads straight back to MS. JMO

They did include that canceled check that TS wrote from 2005- which leads me to believe that in the next doc dump- we may be looking at comparison signatures. MS may have been signing her name on subsequent checks that were written. Why else include an old 2005 canceled check. Thinking.

IIRC; MS did NOT like banks and kept cash at home. I personally like the FDIC behind my money, but I doubt anyone would need to seize my accounts. Perhaps he thought this was a possibility in his line of business? Maybe since 2013? IDK

Most likely it was just included because the insurance company sent it in response to the subpoena. And the insurance company sent it only because it was in their file. Probably it was the first payment made on that policy--the insurance company would retain proof of the first payment made because, at least in most states, that would trigger the beginning of their responsibility to pay on the policy if TS passed away.

AW couldn't go on the weekend trip to FL because they couldn't afford it, but they could afford for her to go to FL for 12 days in July.

What were they doing for 10-11 days in FL anyway? They drove down on 6/30 and drove back on 7/10. The visitation and funeral service were both on 7/6.

Maybe after AW told everyone who would listen that she was upset that CWW went to Florida without her, he was concerned about what she might say the second time he went. Having her with him gave him more control over her. JMO

I haven't run across this information yet, but is there any documentation that Mark had to positively identify the body of his dead wife?
I think it would almost have to happen, no way around it?
Please tell me he had to look at the results of his actions first hand, up close and personal. And may that image forever be embedded in his brain. I hope those images come to him in his sleep, when he's awake, and when he looks at his girls.
So if a suspect wants to continue to look innocent, does he attend the trial of his best friend that murdered his wife? I'm sure he will need to excuse himself when they bring out the crime scene photos.

This is my hope too Wj, but I keep coming back to MS conveniently sending a family friend of 20 years with the added bonus of a being a MD to check on her. I'm thinking the MD friend would have already positively identified TS. I'm sure MS skated by intentionally knowing that he would not have to see his BFF's handy work.

I too wanted that image to stay embedded in his mind every single minute of everyday. I wanted him to have nightmares every night of the what he did to the woman he vowed to love and protect. The mother of his beautiful children. The woman who worked long and hard her entire life to give HIM a nice life... I will stop now, as I can feel my blood pressure rising and see beach in my mind with her scissors ready to <snip> :wink:

Great point. It still blows my mind that CWW and AW stayed with the family. CWW is subhuman so he doesn't count but how AW was able to sleep at night? How could she look TS's family members in the eye? Duplicitous. ullhair:

JMO, but I think MS saw the handiwork of his bff.... IIRC, JR had pics on his phone that he destroyed. We may never know what MS received on his burner phone from those two. I wouldn't put anything past a bunch of psychopaths in cahoots. :moo:
