I'm not following you. What does that have to do with a belief that her head was covered?

After she fell to the ground after the second blow. CWW couldn't even watch a video of her at the funeral, so take from that what you will.

Not sure if this has been posted or not b/c I have spent most of the morning reading CK 73 page interview. BATES 30277 she says "when Mark got married, Wayne and I flew down together"

I thought it was verified that TS had never met CWW?

CWW was at Mark and Teresa's wedding but wasn't a participant (an usher or best man). In the past it was posted that Teresa never spoke of CWW (and it was inferred that he was therefore someone that MS kept primarily in the background - not alot of interaction).

The blood spatter and brain matter on surrounding surfaces negate the possibility that her head was covered during the attack.

The evidence inventory documents describe a white sheet that was used to transport the body. Very likely this is the bloodstained white cloth seen in Batch 3. If it was something that was actually part of the crime scene, there is no way it would have been photographed and collected in a wad such as what is depicted in Bates 27517.

FWIW, I don't believe CWW swung the hammer. He brought Jimmy along specifically for that purpose.

What portrait/painting is she talking about?

This was confusing to me. I didn't follow along where CK said he got the suit for the funeral and that TS didn't get to the enjoy the painting....She lost me there.

Also, I did pick up on MS saying that TS was dead after the 2nd blow :( I'm not sure if I'm more comforted or disgusted by this!

A painting of just the girls is what it sounded like from CK's interview. CK said that Mark's suit came from a charity function- my impression was that it was an auction sort of thing and the painting was from it too. I think the most recent OMH gala was in the spring. I'll have to go look. HTH

He had no way of knowing that. I would give it no weight at all.

Ah, thank you AR! :)

I too am disturbed by the apparent ms fixation on his daughters. And those of us who have read about it know what this can be an indication of. Just sayin'. I would think DCF will do a thorough intake interview with each child separately.

Thank god he was arrested and those children are safely away from him now.

The funeral home people pick up the body from the medical examiner office. This would be a challenging case for the funeral director given massive head injury and facial injuries including broken nose and broken eye sockets. Maybe there was discussion at medical exam office about which of 17 blows likely killed her and the funeral home passed that on to ms to "comfort him".

I finally got to read CK's interview. It sounds like she was right on spot with her thoughts and feelings. I got chills reading it. I wonder if she had contact with him right up until he was arrested?

What portrait/painting is she talking about?

Possibly this one:

See NIN's post #162. She mentions possibility that a cloth was used to cover her head after the second blow to reduce blood spatter.

I have read Nin's post. I have examined the crime scene photos. I stand by my opinion that Teresa's head was not covered during the attack and that the cloth shown in Bates #27517 was not part of the crime scene. IMO it is the sheet used in the transport of her body to the ME's office.

The portrait would not be sold- having a portrait painted or photographed and framed would be a common silent auction item. Almost every fundraiser I attend has a photography session for children or the family.

It sounds like Marks suit might have been an item in the auction as well. It would be a certificate for a custom suit from a men's suit company- that kind of thing.

Got it. Thank you.

Offhand, do we know when he started buying more insurance on TS? Not the original policies, but subsequent amounts. That will be interesting.

Lee evidence 5- Mixed in with the evidence collected from Missouri is a copy of TS's disability policy for 10k. I am wondering if this is the piece of mail that LEO said was taken from TS residence at the time of the murder. It is mixed up with JRR stuff, so I am assuming they collected it from his house, but not sure.

I got the impression the $10k metlife policy was from the shredder.

I've read the CK interview,(WOW), and have been skimming around a bit......Has anyone come across anything else that is a MUST read?
