I am of the opinion that MS knew that JR was going to be involved. There are pictures from the wedding (post parking lot incident) where they are standing together talking. MS was a control freak. MS knew CWW's physical limitations. MS knew that Teresa was very strong and very feisty. If able, Teresa WOULD put up a strong fight. MS KNEW that CWW would need a 2nd person. I am sure of it. JR might not have known that MS knew about his involvement - but MS knew.
Also, CWW admitted to murder when he stated in court on 2/26/16 that he was guilty. I believe that both CWW and JR participated in the physical act of killing Teresa. Both the person who restrained her and the person who wielded the hammer are guilty of murder. Also, CWW is scheduled to be sentenced on May 31, 2016. He has already been adjudicated guilty of 2nd degree murder. However, the sentencing will probably be pushed down the road. Even though they have CWW's statement, his further cooperation may be needed and that mandate ends at sentencing. Under the Sunshine Law, any confession or items related to a confession are not required to be made public until the cases affected by the confession are adjudicated. So some of the biggest pieces of the puzzle will not be known until trial. If any of the texts or calendar entries or any other evidence involves pieces of CWW's statement, they can be withheld until after MS trial. We have a long way to go -
