The claim about his business degree is under "About" then "About Josh" at this web address: http://web.archive.org/web/20061101184809/www.joshpowellrealtor.com/about/AboutJoshPowell.aspx
Josh also claims to have a degree in business administration at the http://susanpowell.org site in the fifth paragraph (last sentence) of the "Susan Powell Hairstlist" page: http://susanpowell.org/Pages/Susan_Powell/SusanCosmetologist.aspx
He didn't even make it through one full year?
One day, when/if :liar: is :behindbar , those refrigerator magnets may be hot sellers on eBay.

That's right. Looks like two terms only.
I don't know if anyone else checked into this, but I checked into the honor society that he listed that he was a member of:
Phi Theta Kappa is an honor society for two year colleges, so at some point in time he must have gone to a two-year school.
Here is the link to the listings of colleges that offer the Phi Theta Kappa. There are quite a few for Washington, and since I am not familiar with the area, I am not sure which ones may be near to where he grew up.

IF he did actually go to college, maybe he went to a two-year school and then received his bachelor from University of Phoenix or an online school? Well, actually I guess he would not have been able to do school politics, drama etc if it where an online school, right? Noone found him listed in any alumni groups?
I think you are right. The fact that he never actually names the college is a big red flag.
So is the laughable list of his activities. He claims to have been involved in all kinds of things but the list reads more like a high school one. In college, it's not that common for someone both to be in plays AND write for the newspaper AND be magna *advertiser censored* laude AND be involved in politics. Not impossible, of course, but in college people start to specialize.
Also, the vagueness. If he'd written for the paper, he'd probably list its name. And it looks like he meant Phi Beta Kappa but googled it and wrote the wrong one - unless he attended a community college like Pierce (in Puyallup) at one time. It sounds like he's just making things up, ala Mark Hacking.
Next, he'll be putting up a website that announces he's an astronaut in training and winner of the pie eating contest at the Washington State Fair.
That's right. Looks like two terms only.
Yes, two quarters, but how much did he ring-up in student loans?
By the time he enrolled in EWU he may have gone to a two-year college for a couple of years. He should have graduated high school around 1994. So perhaps he has an "associates degree" in business from a JC which he inflated to the BA?
Based on his picture in the magnet, I'd guess he had 12-years experience at "dressing all by himself".
FWIW, months ago I found a comment to an online article & in the comment the poster said that JP had gone to a community college (Pierce)...IIRC, this same poster mentioned going to the prom w/ JP.
I didn't save the link but I found the info again

Thank you! The 7th commenter wrote: "Josh Powell also lived in Puyallup at least in his late teens/early twenties. I met him as a fellow student at Pierce Community College and He was my Senior prom date in 1996. I do not know if his family is still there."

That is fine and great that he went to Pierce College (Not Pierce Community College), but they do not grant bachelor's degrees, only associates degrees. He probably got a two year, then transferred to a 4 year college. End result? He still has no 4 year degree. Here is their website: http://www.pcd.edu/
Josh Powell attended 5 months and 23 days (or) 25 weeks.
179 days/4 = 25
25 X 2 (Saturdays and Sundays) = 50
179-50 = 129 days
And, we don't even know if he kept attending after he enrolled! Just because he was enrolled doesn't mean he went to all his classes. We do not know exactly when he quit and based on his history, I suspect he wasn't at school every day he should have been when he was enrolled because Josh Powell is a QUITTER!
