I saw that wave when he turned in court yesterday and somehow, I just thought of you! I knew it could be anyone but I thought he caught eyes with you. That is wonderful. He is pretty darned cute too. Someone posted this: all for Juan and Juan for all. Something like that. I just thought it was awesome. Those two guys are hanging tough for Travis.

When it is all said and done, the verdict is in, Jodi is never set free, the family will still never have Travis back. That is the real heart breaker. They need financial support now and will need our prayers and love for the future.

So glad they have advocates like you. So glad there is a prosecutor like Juan.

That is when people generally crash in to grieving. That is when the family will still need a lot of support...after she's convicted and sentenced.

The legal team also greatly appreciate all support. They NEED this familyl sitting front and center in the courtroom. It means a great deal to the case and trial which I know very very well.

I received a personal message through a third party how much they appreciate what I'm doing for the family and was asked to identify myself to Det. Flores in court as he wanted to know who I was. So that's why I gave him a little wave as I walked out and he smiled so brightly and waved back. These are professionals but these are REAL PEOPLE too. Special people who really care about this case and Travis' family. Supporting the family supports them too.

Friend of family on an HLN show last night had yet another donation website. This request got huge exposure.

I knew they were working on a new site just for donations. I will clarify this with the family directly today (meaning ask Sam) and get you the exact correct info so you know very clearly and securely where to donate where it will have the most impact.

There is also a fund being set up for the future in Travis' name which is great but the immediate need in this moment is the family. They didn't expect to stay over for court today so at the end of the day were scrambling for accomodations. A court watcher was also trying to help with that.

I have a friend who scowls all the time. She is the funniest person and so very sweet. She just has that face that would make to turn around if you didn't know her.

It's tough! People will ask if I am mad and I turn and say. Whattttt? I feel so bad that anyone thinks that. I envy those with their lips turned up all the time, just the cutest smiles. I am glad your friend is funny. Makes me feel better.

I am so jealous....I don't think he is terribly handsome but his obvious talent at his job, dedication, truly caring about the family, and a very sexy voice make up for it.

I will clarify all of this today...what Sam wants as the best place to send donations. Anytime of course anyone can send a check to me and I will hand deliver it and get you a personal response. I'm happy to do that as it makes me feel good to see their face when I hand it to them. My client yesterday handed me two 10's after hearing about them and I brought it right to the courthouse and gave it to Sam. I'm glad the camera wasn't on THAT, people would have been all atwitter about what kind of deal was going down there.

I will always remember the family and you too in my prayers. I can't even imagine what you and they have gone through. This kind of evil is unimaginable. You said one day that hell is on earth. Yes it is. I am glad that Cindy and Travis can no longer be hurt by this evil but you all still need to know you are loved.

Yes look at the time that Juan and Det Flores are sacrificing, and yes I know they get paid but it appears their whole being is involved. I felt that way for the Anthony prosecutors and detectives too. But there were a lot of them. This is just one prosecutor and detective on the front line daily. I told my husband that JM is the only prosecutor in the courtroom Andre greatly respected that. He said that means that the prosecutor knows this case and is coming well prepared. :great::great:

I was worried about this jury a couple of days when Jodi first took the stand, only because she was lying. Now I am convinced they see right through her.

PASA and I are cooking up a little fundraiser for the family this weekend. We don't have the details worked out just yet but we are going to auction off a copy of this article signed by the writer himself, Ray Stern. The artwork is crazy on the front!

There will be some other things we are raffling/auctioning off as a fundraise--100% proceeds to go to the family. There will probably be a matching donation involved. If anyone has ever done an online fundraiser with items to raffle off like this please any advice appreciated..we're just a couple of people trying to figure out the best way. We can even do a live drawing via the internet from our Rooftop happy Hour!

Part hair on left when needing to hide face from jury while she was on the stand (pretending to be traumatized by the CS photo's that she's seen a thousand times.) Pull it back with a 5yr olds barrette while telling her life story, starting at the age of 7, so they can see her whole face.. (Geeeze that torture to listen to) Now, there she sits at the table with her part on the left again, licking her lips and rolling her eyes.

Don't forget the 3yr old half pony trail with a mini scrunchy!

I haven't done a lot of posting but now am at the trial for a second day. Yesterday it was a short session and I was just overwhelmed and only got in before the vomiting. Today I will post. The Travis followers are so wonderful! Katiecoolady you are the best, and PASA you are dear and so is your husband. I made a new friend who is trying to get registered on WS and she is Skymama. It was our first day yesterday and it made it more comfortable to be with another newbie.

My one impression yesterday is when I walked in, Jodi stared at me up and down. It was unnerving to say the least. I was also at a great place in the courtroom to see her go in and out. Today we will both get in. Hopefully we will get a lot of testimony.

Travis' family is lovely and really could use assistance. The prosecution believes it very important that they show the support. More later.
