KCL i don't understand, from every thing you all have said, the are pretty strict in the courtroom, and have seen ppl kicked out because their phone accidentlt goes off once, why are they not doing any thing about jodi's crew, they all sit up front eating, laffing, staring down the family - the donovan one she did when the juror was excused was kinda scary- and now they break out laffing in court. why are they not being thrown out?

and the mit specialist, she was already caught smuggling letters, and now she was laffing it loud too? how come she isn't replaced, or made to watch the video stream from the next room??

i just don't get this

My favorite part of the day was when he got her to repeat, very loudly, that she couldn't comment on whether Snow White was a battered woman because she knew nothing of the relationship between her and the prince. She is so busted. She didn't even know Travis and is only relying on Jodi's word that he was awful, yet everyone else who knew him says he was a wonderful person.

Please rip her apart Juan. Please please please.

I've been thinking about the "odor" installment of my notes. I never meant for the person to be ID'd. It was more about the story of what we did. The of spraying the lemon and sharing the lotion to mask the odor and not the person.

I just felt I needed to say that.

Before I read your post I saw the video and thought why is he scratching his head like that. Your mind only goes to one place if you've had school age children. Sometimes when elders start to lose some of their identity they become less careful and they are not responsible enough to take care of themselves. If you have family they can intervene to get someone to help take care of those needs. Not everyone has family, or anyone who cares. It's very sad.

Well, AVL and Jodi mispronounced the word "ameliorate" in the exact same way. They both said "ah-mel-ee-or-ate" instead of "ah-meel-eeorate" I've never heard anyone mispronounce that word and they did it in the same exact way. And they used in describing what Jodi did to soothe Travis after a rage/abuse incident. Coincidence?

Lol I do not even know what that word means. Let alone how to pronounce it! I doubt that murderer knows what it means either.

he must have walked right up to her after ALV did that. I was so in shock I didn't even remember him doing that. If you watch, you see me in the back just staring at her. I was just so affected by it (for her).

Victim's Rights week is coming up soon too. I guess ALV knows nothing about that even though she is suppose to be a protector of victims.

In those photos it appears they are next to Dono, but they are actually in the row behind her.

They should have been booted. Had it been ol' jane q public me, I would have been booted.

His wife? didn't look that old. I would guess I'm a good 10 years older than he is if not more. Some people don't care about things like that I guess.

I'm sorry. I didn't think you were being snarky. I apologize if it seemed so or if I seemed that way. We have quite a few homeless here as well.

Sitting near him and seeing who he was with (she appeared to be ok) I didn't feel they were homeless or street people.

One evening another WSer and I were walking back to the parking lot just afer dark and there was a little homeless man in his sleeping bag just off the sidewalk. I felt sad for him.
