Nd upDate: do the jurors look at jodY at all as they enter? Or is she putting on a grt show AS IF they are, she seems to be looking at each one of thm as they leave. Its so weird, she is a frk. I cant take much more! Lol

She looks awkward every time she looks over to the jury after answering a question, like it's not natural for her and she's not connecting.

She's more comfortable facing JM head on and sparring.

During the 3 min break some guy came in w/ some papers, went up to the Judge, appears to have been sworn in, T shirt and jeans. Walked out with asst bailiff holding papers...not sure what that was about.

AFter court I connected w/ Dennis the camera man and Grace Wong and gave them the info of exactly where to find the ALV approach and they are gonna go locate it..also another AV guy came by and they all talked about it to find it. :)

We walked out in to a huge dust storm!

Quick HH then back on the show...I was nervous but I had a story and wanted to tell it! And right now I'm gonna see it! Perfect timing!

They never look at her as they enter or exit.. EVER. She is putting on a show or thinking she's making some kinda psychic contact but they never look at her.
 
DDJKatie had a good point tonight about ALV being a different witness from the one we saw last week. She was kind, folksy Alice from Brady Bunch, now she's like Tony Soprano's mother.

Hearing also from the other Katie, Katie Wick about Jodi staring at Travis' family. Every time I watch Jodi turn around in the court room I literally want to smack her. I don't feel she should even have the right to turn around and stare at the family or have contact with her own family.

I watched a show over the weekend which included Beth Karas :) and there was a person who was not allowed to turn around in his trial becuase he could be signaling someone. Jodi should have to follow the same orders. She is a prisoner, not someone who walked off the street. She murdered someone. I don't like the way she is being handled in court. It's a free for all between the experts and Jodi to affect the family (victims) in a negative way.

Yeah I think it's so annoying to see Jodie stare down people. I've seen her stare at the family and its probably katie w she's staring down more. Why can't her attorneys control her.
 
Katie, the CEO seems to be taking a lot of notes when Juan is up. Do you think he would be a good foreman or who would you pick?

Thank you for answering this! I always wondered since all we see on TV is her apparently making eye contact with some of them.
