What was posted on the Justice site was snatched from a JA support site that I've heard is private. I have read the Justice site often but I'm not too keen on them hovering on the JA site and then snatching and posting entries from there. They need to keep it clean, the very thing they complain about JA not doing. I guess they are getting caught up in the social media fray. Also, they are in an online battle with a site that is called Boycott The Justice.... I swear sometimes people look like kids...and not good ones. IMO

I am skeeeeeerd to go anywhere else but here! I never have, I never will!

Much as this freaks me out, the more I look at it the more I think they HAD to know she was there. I dunno.

I think they did realize she was there after a bit they just didn't know she would be there. That looks like the same event where she was photographed with Leslies Udy in the chair. It is still strange. Did you also see the interview with Travis' friends about Jodi's behavior at his memorial? So bizarre.

it could be possible that they took the pic AFTER they realized she was there..... could explain the look on his face.

I just thought he was trying to look suave and urbane, myself. Although I'm fairly sure I can see what looks like a rhinoceros chasing a large bouncing ball reflected in his glass.

I think it's pretty safe to say none of that is true. Notice how she ups the severity of the abuse and the marks it left. She also increases the amount of people that know about the abuse from just Matt M. to her sister and a few other people.

She really thinks people are stupid. She thinks if she puts it out there we'll think it's the truth. Common sense tells you that if these things existed they would have been used. If Angela really did see the bruises she would have been put on the stand, assuming she has no credibility issues, as Matt does.

Also, re: discovery violation, again, she thinks if she says this people will just assume it to be true. Common sense says if Juan had violated discovery and with held info the attorneys would have gotten a re-trial with the new evidence. Common sense says Juan didn't withhold anything because they were still able to use damning texts against him. I don't think she actually knows what a discovery violation is. Motioning and having the motion granted to have certain texts and emails withheld is not a discovery violation. Discovery violation is when the state has info that could help the defense and doesn't turn it over. It's apparent Juan did not do that and would not do that. He's not stupid.

Even if Jodi comes into court tomorrow with a change in appearance, this jury will not feel any differently about her than they have previously. They didn't buy her "act" during the trial, and they won't allow themselves to be manipulated during the Aggravation phase. These jurors know exactly who Jodi Arias is - with or without glasses, makeup, trendy apparel, etc. She's a calculating, cold-blooded murderer, and there's nothing attractive about it. :moo:

I have to admit something though - it's almost better than looking at OJ's bloated face.

JMO and MOO ... but I think they have "avoided" talking to the media these past several years because they are waiting for the "big pay day" ...

In other words, they developed a "game plan" -- they know the media wants to hear everything they have to say about Jodi -- but why "talk for free" ? If they "hold out" the media will eventually pay ...

And you can "bet your boots" that when this is all over, Sandy Arias -- along with some other family members -- WILL BE ON Dr. Phil's Show uke: ... or maybe another "popular" talk show ...

It was reported that one of Phil McGraw's producers visited Jodi in :jail: ... It is a FACT that Phil McGraw "pays" for interviews ... :doh: ... I mean "Licensing Fees" ... And IF not Phil McGraw, someone else will pay to hear what they have to say ...

Jodi's mom and Jodi's "fan club's" inappropriate behavior in court was despicable : the continuous laughing and giggling ... passing notes for Jodi back and forth through the mit specialist ... wearing those FAKE "domestic violence ribbons" ...

Anderson Cooper might have said no. Or at the very least edited it to take out all her vile slams. He just seems to have a slight bit more integrity than other media TH's, IMO. (Basing this on his Boston Bomber coverage, he refused to throw out *advertiser censored* that was not a confirmed fact, left the rumors to others. I respect him for that).

Reporters don't exist to shape people into what the public likes. (Publicists do) AC would have interviewed Jodi and showed her as she presented herself. As with all things Nancy Grace (and, imo, friends of Travis) you have to listen to what they actually say versus what's implied. Nancy says it was supposed to be "Jodi-free weekend." Then the friend says that he met Travis at the event, had lunch with Travis and Jodi the day before the pic was taken and thought that they were finally just friends. They both knew she was at the event and had all had lunch together at the event. :eyeroll:

There is absolute, 100% nothing wrong with what Troy did. Period. He's a reporter. He reported. He is not going to sugarcoat and disguise. He's going to show her for what she is. He also said that he phrased several questions to give her a chance to show some kind of remorse and she never did.

I finally broke down and watched that interview and I have a couple of questions for those who have followed this for a long time.

JA said something like one or more of her siblings saw bruises that she claims came from TA beating her but that her attorneys didn't put them on the stand for reasons of their own...any clue what she is talking about or is this just more lies?

I heard during Nurmis closing and again as part of this interview that JM supposedly withheld discovery information concerning the texts and messages...whats the deal with that accusation?

For that matter, if that was the case, why didn't she testify to these little morsels during one of the eighteen days she spent on the stand? Because she just made it up, that's why. We're going to hear an endless stream of this "I just remembered" crap from now on until she's deprived of the wherewithal to yammer at the public.

There was much angst between MM and JM, who after finding out about the forged letters, said if he testified he would be impeached before his butt hit the witness chair (or words to that effect).

IF those bruises were real and Matt saw them, it's BECAUSE JODI INFLICTED THEM ON HERSELF. I can totally see her doing that. She was probably trying to get sympathy from Matt, in the hopes that Matt would confront Travis or in some way defend Jodi (whether be in person, e-mail, or text), so she could then SHOW TRAVIS in the hopes of making him jealous and taking her back. Kind of like she did with her bogus Steve Karol e-mails when I guess she couldn't find a real person to use.

If you notice Jodi has pale skin...it would be pretty easy to show a bruise and she wouldn't have to hurt herself that much doing it. IMO, if there is ANY truth to what Matt said, it's just a sick ploy by Jodi.

The only thing that has been substantiated is that Dr. Phil's producer visited Jodi in jail.

Both Dr. Phil & the Arias' have denied that there is/has been any financial dealing between them.

I don't have faith in anyone's predictions for the future; I don't believe in psychics, ESP, crystal balls, tarot cards, etc. If someone wants to prove me wrong by providing me the next winning powerball numbers; I am open to that.
