I don't think she'd use up two options for delay at once .. I agree though both tricks up her sleeve.

I thought there was a 2 year statute, we had to file within 2 years against my Aunt for my grandmother But I thought it might have changed. :twocents:

Why else would jury still be sitting there? They would have been dismissed for the day, no?

Hmm...that got me thinking, do you think this is Jodi and her defense asking JSS not to allow cameras in court for the next phases? Seems like something Jodi would ask for at this point, so that it's HER family history/etc that is going to be shown. Sounds just like her. My opinion only.

Let me take a guess:

A. It's ALL about Arias. She is throwing a tantrum.

B. It's ALL about Arias. DT trying mop up the sloppy mess the murderer created by given her after M1 Guilty verdict.

C. It's ALL about Arias. The DT is stalling for time to find yet ANOTHER psychologist/psychiatrist/domestic violence expert/FOG expert/PTSD expert to excuse and dianose her with SOMETHING OTHER than her being nothing more than a woman scorned-cold-blooded-killer who didn't get what she wanted ~Travis ~ and killed him.

D. It's ALL about Arias. She will not go back into court until her sad, sorry request to NOT have to face the family IN PERSON, for the vicimt's impact statement and hear what they think of her sorry @ss.

E. All of the above and more.

Yes, both families still in courtroom and ALSO the JURORS are in the courtroom as per Beth Karas who is in the hallway outside courtroom. Courtroom is locked. Two or Three more Sheriffs deputies were just allowed back into the locked courtroom.

I heard they have/had a year after the trial was over.....I think they are ok.

I hate to say this (and I'm purely speculating), but is it possible that the murderess' attorneys heard Juror # 8's telephone interview yesterday, specifically the "We all had our personal devices..cell phones, iPhones, tablets and were able to keep busy", and now the defense team is doing something in regards to that?

I thought the exact same thing when I heard that. Now thinking this is very possible.

Wouldn't they use a side entrance for an inmate?
I think they're doing a deal or something. Otherwise the jury would have let go is proceedings were actually cancelled, right?

Maybe the Jurors are holding a peaceful "Sit-In" in protest of these interminable delays???
