I'm not familiar with this AZ process. But..... like that Jodi is having to sit there in the courtroom while the jury deliberates this phase. It's noon there, lunchtime. Interesting the Judge did not call a break. Obviously she doesn't think it will take long.

While JM was describing the events of the crime, Jodi was shaking her head 'NO'. Seems the fog has lifted?

This should be a no brainer.

I'm not as convinced about the DP being unanimous (yet) but we'll deal with that when we get there. I'm sure the defense will be highly manipulative and insulting throughout the penalty phase too, unfortunately.

Thanking the high heavens that Travis' family and friends will FINALLY be able to speak and have their voices heard by the court and the CMJA.

I think 2 hours tops.

I think they need some time to compose themselves. It was so horrible and emotional. My guess is 3 hours or longer.

You know what I would love.. For her to get up on the stand and tell the whole truth. To just admit the whole thing and come clean.


I hope that when all this is over the Jury watches all her new videos.. They will know they did the right thing..

There seems to be a lot of confusion... The jury is NOT deliberating whether she receives the DP or not, only if the crime qualifies as especially cruel...this is the aggravation phase, NOT the penalty phase.
