I just have to say one more thing, then I'm going to sleep...lol...I loved Juror 8, but he did say he believed SOME of what Jodi said, like some parts weren't that "out there" so he didn't think she was lying on those (he specified these were only some things not related to the murder, after Jenny asked him what things he believed). I have to say that I think NONE of what Jodi said was true, ONLY THE PARTS THAT COULD BE VERIFIED BY OTHER EVIDENCE OR WITNESS INTERVIEWS WERE TRUE. Those were the ONLY parts that were true.

Just b/c it was something she didn't need to lie about, doesn't mean she didn't lie about it. Jodi lies for no reason. She lies b/c she thinks it makes her somehow smarter/better than the person she's lying to...like, look what a fool they are believing me on this and I'm lying right to their face. She just does it for pure satisfaction. I think to that extent, we know way more about Jodi's manipulative ways than the jury does b/c of the extra stuff that we see, also her courtroom behavior since the camera is always on her, and her in-court behavior after the jury leaves. I can understand why he wouldn't think she would lie about things that there really appears to be no reason to lie about or make up....BUT SHE DOES. She's evil and twisted.

A couple of comments/questions about the (eyeroll) t-shirts she's been hawking. Aside from using this as a way to keep her "I was abused" farce front and center, there is also the financial gain aspect.

How is it not illegal to use a cause, any cause, to sell a product without some kind of endorsement? The site that will not be named says [[. A portion of the profits generated from the sales will support other survivors of domestic violence, and go to Non-profit Domestic Violence organizations selected by Jodi]] -- that could mean a portion of the money she makes will buy a bag of fritos for Big Bertha in cell block C.

The other thing I'm wondering - is it possible that she could refer to this obvious self serving venture as a mitigating factor? ie: I am already working on projects to help victims of DV?

BBM: BINGO! But it will backfire and we'll all be :floorlaugh:

I see parents of schnauzers are late nighters, I think we need a self help 10 step program. I'll be back shortly, I have two freshly groomed schnauzer boys that need to go potty so Daddy can have some free time at the KB.

I was kind of hoping we could send JVM to stay on DR with ja. She causes many of us mental anguish. :floorlaugh:

Fresh sourdough and chocolate donuts for the mental anguish....:)

None for JA though. She'll eat mystery meat and soggy vegetables for the rest of her life. Life is good! :floorlaugh:

He never specified what he believed was truthful from the mouth of the convicted killer. He might have meant..he believed when she said her name was JA, it was truthful, or when she said she got a phone from Gus was truthful, or that her Mom hit her with a wooden spoon may have been truthful etc...

Juror #8 clearly stated he didn't believe any of the convicted killers testimony about the murder of Travis. He didn't believe any of the pedophilia claims etc...

Also, he was very upset at the utter disrespect the convicted killer showed towards the entire trial. He referenced her "doodling" or writing..or "whatever" she was doing..

K_Z :)
I have a question about this AZ only has "one dose left" business...

Why can't they use something else?
Say... Propofol? (Worked on MJ) *not for the death penalty but,
what is the problem?

Too much red tape? Laws involved with new drugs?

*** I'm just a peds nurse so I do not know anything about
anesthesia drugs... other than Propofol is easy to wake up from
when reversed/stopped
and I didn't get post op nausea (in my personal experience)

Naw, we just like to give the death row inmates something to wonder about with all that time on their hands.:floorlaugh:
Sorry, couldn't help myself! Seriously, I think it has to do with the drug manufacturers, one in Europe, who won't sell it for use in putting someone to death, and one in the USA that I don't know what the issue is. The inmate who was executed this past December had a motion to delay his execution because the product being used was not from the regular manufacturer, assuming it was a generic form. Motion denied.
Someone on a earlier thread had mentioned just calling a veterinarian....sounds like a plan to me.

BBM. I'm glad he mentioned that! I was wondering if the jurors could see that. "Planning her next move."

Yes, I think you are right-on here.

Perhaps they shared a common love of sesquipedalia?

Well, Jodi showed us that she was only a pseudo-sesquipedalian because she failed to use or spell some words correctly. And that was disambiguous -- we saw it & heard it.

She is actually, IMO, a bit of a disestablishmentarian, if you ask me, and contemporaneous to that, she is indefatigably fatuous, as we all know.

But, I come here not to disedify Jodi, but to speed her on her way to her next :jail:.

Now, Jodi, put that in your pope & smike it!

Yes! Horse drugs have been used in murders before...
forgot about that...

ugg. generic. any excuse I guess!

I kinda do see the drug mfg point thank you!

:seeya: Hi, ElleElle! Great article! And I particularly liked how the author was able to assert what we've learned by watching this trial:

"Thanks to what you have learned about the sociopath-psychopath-antisocial, you can no longer fall victim to Jodi Arias. However, she is no longer a danger to you because the state of Arizona will soon enough execute her or lock her away forever.

Your education into the appearance and the mind of the psychopath has not been a waste. There are more out there, many more."

This article further strengthened my opinion that CMja really does need her own special psychological diagnosis, and at this point, I can't think of anything better than Borderline Psycho Witch, BPW™, which combines her BPD traits with the elevated psychopathic indicators that are undoubtedly present in her psyche.

Too bad the first diagnosis we came up with last night was out of bounds (oops). But on the bright side, if there happens to be a guy that fits this description, we can still call him a BPW™ (warlock).

I don't think it's sunk in to Jodi's hard head yet that she committed a MURDER. A CRIME for which she must pay the price.

Jodi's responses are completely removed from the severity of her actions. IMO, it's not that she doesn't understand. It's that Jodi does not WANT to understand. She has all of her mental facilities. Takes a powerful resolve, complete control to play the 'fog' game she's playing.

Not about you anymore Jodi. It's about being accountable for your CRIME.

BBM~ Yes, your diagnosis from last night :rocker: was right on the money. Jodi is the most feared type of woman any man would want to get involved with.

Yes. She will apologize for having to reveal Travis' true nature. She will apologize for not being able to keep Travis' secrets hidden. She will apologize for not documenting his abusive behavior. She will apologize for not taking his pedophilia more seriously.

:seeya: Yep ... I can see her doing this :furious: ... just like her post GUILTY Verdict interview ...

But the Jury will NOT buy it -- they did NOT buy it before and they certainly will NOT buy it now ...

:moo:

:seeya: TartLemon! I anticipate that tomorrow the defense will argue CMJA's "mental illness" as a mitigating factor... that somehow she didn't really know what she was doing because she's mentally ill. NOPE. Not buyin' it, and I hope the jury doesn't either. Her personality disorder is no excuse for her heinous actions. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing, and she should be punished accordingly. :twocents:
