Difference: CNN Transcript leaves out the name R utters.
I hear clearly Jason.

GRACE: I`m sorry, I couldn`t hear you. There was a repairman there. The cousin was there who police have investigated.
NEVES: Yes, ma`am.
GRACE: Who else?
NEVES: My mother came by that night.
GRACE: For what reason?
CUMMINGS: My cousin went in there.

Differences: In my previous post, I stated that I could hear R utter "_?_ cousin." However, I could not state with certainty whether he said "my" or "the."
CNN transcriber writes "my."

Another difference between the CNN transcript and what I transcribed is:

CNN - CUMMINGS: My cousin went in there.
versus
Epiph - R: _?_ cousin.
NG: For what reason?

R: Cousin wasn't there.

I never thought Misty was under hypnosis, and if I remember correctly, the person who conducted it said she was likely not under most of the time, or words to that effect, leaving doubt about her "memories".

I also have a vague recollection the AC guy was a relative, or an in-law, someone they knew in some way, although in small communities, most people know everyone anyway. Does anyone have any notes on the AC guy?

Oh, I'm more than happy to tell Steve he was wrong about whether he heard Lisa or Jason or the boogey man. I'm trying to say that (INDEPENDENT OF WHAT EVERYONE MAY OR MAY NOT BE HEARING) is Teresa Neves, in an answer to a direct question "who was there?" never HERSELF mentions that Aunt Lisa was there with Granny Sykes, and to me that is a huge omission.

I think so, too. Also, wasn't it Nancy or Marlaina who brought up the cousin? TN just said "yes" when NG mentioned the cousin, sort of like it was an automatic, non-thinking "yes". TN was more intent on getting out "the repairman" and "my mother" and seemed to just agree about the cousin, and that's when Ron said the cousin wasn't there. Interesting.

Debs Misty said Lisa (RC's Aunt) was with GGS when she came to drop the clothes off around 7pm during her hypnosis seesion. It is in the hypnosis transcription, so that makes sense that RC would say Lisa. Misty said Lisa was with GGS, but she didn't know her last name.

Thank you for taking the time to ask someone to clean that up and try and decipher that for us. Would your friend consider becoming a member here and doing that for us often??...lol?

BBM. In stating that it makes sense that rc would mention lisa when tn is talking about a repairman at the house is not logical....not at all. RC gave the name of the person who was there and who also was the repairman and I don't think the repairman was LISA. Let's not jump to hypnosis and laudnry when that was not part of the conversation when rc uttered the name.

1. He was there around 5 on 2/19/09
2. He worked for Arctic Air
3. Rc's cousin's ex-husband worked for Arctic Air
4. AC Guy was interviewed within an hour of when Haleigh went missing.
5. AC Guy went to the Caribbean on vacation for 2 weeks after Haleigh went missing. Likely he wasn't a POI

I think that's all I got. I want to know if he saw Haleigh and who hired him to service the unit at 202, also did he do all the properties owned by The Bard's.

He gave a name of the person who was there and who also was the repairman and I don't think the repairman was LISA. Let's not jump to hypnosis and laudnry when that was not part of the conversation when rc uttered the name.

It does make sense to me after listening to Misty tell her tale on the hypnosis video and she said that Ron's Aunt Lisa was with GGS. I meant the name made sense, because it is a name that we have heard before. Not that Lisa was servicing the AC Unit.

Well all I have is a guy perhaps named jason may have come over to the MH and he may have been a repairman for the air conditioner.

Misty said Arctic Air. I don't know who said he was a distant relative. misty says 5:00pm..we all know how good she is with time.

What I am surprised about is that in my mind R knows who NG is referring to when she says "cousin." NG is referring to M's cousin JO. However he seems headstrong to correct NG and TN.
It may be an excited utterance: "_My__cousin. Cousin wasn't there," by which he means the AC visitor, not JO. Am I grasping this?

The tape would be very good for statement analysis. It is riddled with problems. It is a shame that he was asked so many compound questions, giving him an out. He was more animated than I have ever seen him.

Rc is slippery....plus he doesn't form word with his lips...he mumbles, probably learned so nobody can pin him down.

The repairman was interview by 5:00AM. I will again state that he was known and his addy was given to LE. What happened during that interview is anyone's guess.

Exactly! And did you notice the face he pulled? Considering the attempts to pin it on JO by all of them, from the get-go, you would expect the opposite reaction from RC. Unless he was thinking of a different cousin at the time?

Whisperer, we agree on that point. I don't think RC said Lisa either. I think he said AC Man, or maybe even J, I don't know. My ears could very well be deceiving me. I understand that Jason J from FDLE was not introduced into the case until summer so if there was a J mentioned it would be suspect. I know there was some speculation that the AC man might have been a relative, so perhaps many are thinking that this J might have been the AC Man. I can't be for sure, but that is just me. I am still trying to understand why RC wanted to divert everyone's attention away from "the cousin" that we know was there. He looked to get really peeved when someone accused him of being at the trailer that night. :waitasec:

Sure does want to correct TN. He distances himself from JO. misty and tn both said JO was there and rc insists he was not. With these three, anything is possible. It was also an excited utterance when he said jason He was on pins and needles that day.

Ron got over on NG during that part of the interview because he kept uttering simultaneously as his mommy was attempting to answer NG. Meanwhile, due to the delay, NG had to repeat what she heard.

Just like a child when mommy is talking on the phone, and mommy is responding into the receiver, but the conversation becomes confusing because the child is also speaking to mommy simultaneously.

Absolutely, I dont think I can reveal the name or the company he works for.
I do know him.

I can say he was on vacation in the caribbean 2 weeks ago and if he was a POI I dont think he would have been able to leave the country.

As far as checking and AC system in Feb. AC is being used in general terms here.
Most AC systems are not just AC rather heating and cooling.
Kinda like northerners call a Coca Cola "pop" and to us southerners its a "coke" no matter what brand.

Ok I did the blind test with my daughter she had no idea what we thought was being said.

She listened to each part 3 times.

She heard Jason and she heard cousin wasn't there.

I heard the same thing. Jason and cousin.

Concerning the ac man. rc definitely wants him in the picture and rc most definitely does not want JO in the picture. The confusing thing is rc wasn't even there. According to him, he was at werk...so why the worry?

I would just like to let you all know that I've got Adobe Soundbooth and can clean up audio if ever anyone needs it in the future. I'm not a whizz or anything like that, but I can get rid of noise and do the basics. So you know you've got a WS member to ask, in case friends are busy/unavailable. I would have done this one, but for some reason I can't download this particular video from YouTube.
