This is so nonsensical I don't know where to start.

Fort Lewis is near Tacoma.
The Makah are out on the very NW tip of Washington State (Neah Bay.)
Colville is near Idaho.

I think I read somewhere that he has ties to Texas as well. Wasn't he arrested in Lufkin? I don't know a lot about this case, but I thought I'd throw that out there. I am sure it's better to start with the states that have been named, since he lived there. It's hard to narrow down with no particular victim profile, and because he did travel all throughout the US. How scary and so sad for all of these families that may never know what happened.

He has family in Texas.

Constable, NY, is a bit remote, but it's accessible from both Canada (Montreal) and the US. About an hour and a half from Montreal, about an hour from I-87, which leads directly to NYC.

I found this... Not sure if its been solved or if its connected but Canton and Tupper Lake are only about an hour from Constable, NY. There is footage of the mans face if someone can take a still shot and post it for comparison? There are also a few missing people from that area also, I will try to link them later....
