MOO
There has been an ongoing campaign for a year and a half to destroy the life and future of AJ McCarron - who has nothing to do with Britt's disappearance or the horrendous crimes committed against the child victims.
There has been an "all out" Twitter campaign over the last several days to the Heisman voters in an attempt to destroy his chances of winning - just because he has an uncle who is a sick freak.
Slandering AJ and the University of Alabama has ZERO to do with finding Britt or justice for the victims.
The pictures were not sold. They were shared in an attempt to destroy a young man's career.
If the person who campaigned so furiously to destroy AJ had put some of that effort into finding Britt and/or seeking justice for the victims, we might have a hero.
I totally agree. :applause:
I'd like to add that it's crazy the talk of AJ is even allowed to happen. He's intentionally being victimized. The talk of AJ on here was stopped & mods issued warnings before, several posts were deleted. We knew AJ was Dustin's nephew since the first day Britt's threads started. It's disgusting what some people are doing. AJ has zero nada zilch to do with Brittney's disappearance. He doesn't have to speak about it at all. He shouldn't be pressured to do so just because some people have it n their head he should. It's ridiculous. As far as anyone knows he wasn't even close with her for gosh sake. They weren't even related wtf! So what Brittney is Dustin's niece! She's his niece bc he married her mom's sister, which in fact doesn't make Brittney related to AJ. This young man has an extremely bright future that he's worked his whole life for. Wth is wrong with people to try to cast a dark cloud over him? It's sick & twisted what is being done to him. Who cares if he speaks out to bring attention to Brittney - if he wants to he will do it on his own without pressure from people that don't even matter to him. Why do people have it in their heads that he needs to acknowledge this publicly in order to draw attention to Britt's disappearance knowing full well the national media has already done that - NUMEROUS TIMES? He isn't more famous than Nancy Grace or Jane Velez Mitchell and they've already dedicated airtime to Brittney's case! As if it isn't horrible enough AJ is related to this ? The poor kid probably suffers much confusion trying to pair the evidence against Dustin in the recent year to the Dustin he used to know. That's traumatic! Plus, imagine what his girlfriend is going through? Would anyone want to be put in her shoes right now? They should be riding high, NOT brought down with this dark cloud they're not even a part of! The actual rape victims aren't the ONLY victims in this case. People are intentionally making innocent people unnecessary victims and its deplorable. I agree, this is horrible and I can't believe it's being done.
AJ, if you read here, please know that many are rooting for you. Keep striving to achieve your dreams. You & your brother are prime examples of busting azz with sheer determination to succeed even in the face of adversity. I don't know you or your family, but my prayers are with you. Sincerely...
Side note - What is the logic that we can't sleuth the person involved in what happened to Brittney when she was 9 when she went to court against him at 12...but...it's ok to post about AJ that has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Brittney's disappearance, is a hard working college student that totally loves football and happens to be awesome at it, isn't even related to Britt except remotely by marriage - it's ok to victimize him? That's exactly what it is, he's being victimized. We can't talk about AH, and we shouldn't either, but just saying that to put it in perspective. This pressure being put on AJ IMVHO is nothing short of harassment. If he were my son I'd tell him to ignore it all, unless he was close to this person and felt like speaking out. Shame on those that add extra weight to this innocent young man's shoulders that not only has the pressure of playing good football but also has the obligation to do his college schoolwork and get decent grades in order to even attend Alabama!
Shame on both Daily Mails for the rag mag media they're making theirselves look like. Hell, guess it doesn't matter since they're a business and all they care about is money. NY Daily Mail is getting sued big time for what they did during the Boston Marathon. Maybe the UK version is next.
