I’m pretty sure if you have a criminal duo, and one party dies, the other party can be charged. Not really a victim thing but more just another charge because technically there’s responsibility there due to committing crimes.
I agree with that. I was talking about in terms of Vicky’s former coworkers who kept saying what an exemplary employee she was and doubting she willingly helped CW escape when VW lied from the very beginning.

Me too. Did that Sheriff say what they were driving?

Cadillac, looked like a black Cadillac.
it's the smashed up vehicle on the right listing down into a ditch. It had been up on its side, they pulled it down and now are moving the Marshals service vehicles out of the way before moving the Cadillac.Screenshot_2022-05-09_18-30-12.png

What would he be charged for (in terms of her death) if she dies? I'm not sure.

I believe she shot herself since that's what's confirmed and it does not come as a shock to me. What is surprising is Casey allegedly turning himself in. MOO.
I think Casey turned himself in after she was shot.
Still not Convincerd it was by her own hand.
Casey walks away with all the power to build his narrative with her out of the way.
too convenient IMO

So they were stealing cars and living in a motel/hotel, and that she made a really stupid purchase as a getaway vehicle.

That really does not sound like the meticulous planning we were expecting from her.

The only real surprise is that they were in Evansville <modsnip> and they were washing the stolen truck.

Can you really turn yourself in after you're in a crash after a pursuit and you're shot? That's like saying I quit after you get fired.

GSR test might say whether Casey fired the gun? Tho it was fired in close quarters, so the non-shooter wold maybe have some. But I think the shooter would have a lot more, especially on their firing hand.

And not in Canada!
