It's not clear if Freeman will come back to Alabama, according to the sheriff's office, since her parents eventually moved to Missouri.

A post Tuesday night on the Facebook page dedicated to the search for Alissia asked for patience "during this exciting, yet still difficult time."

Although I am thrilled and relieved that this young lady is SAFE---- I still feel badly about how it affects other missing persons cases, when someone waltzes back home smiling, like it was nothing.....it gives LE and the public a ready excuse, not to look for other 'runaways' .....:no:
 
I agree. A lot of man hours and money have spent searching for her. I understand the need for privacy to a point, but some kind of explanation would be nice.
