Strongly disagree, "(a)s we have heard none of them" the original story has NO CORROBORATION, and therefore we can make NO assumptions on its accuracy at all. It's just hearsay at this point.

Just because WE have no corroboration doesn't mean LE does not.

Nobody suggested LE didn't. But as we don't, we cannot just *assume* the co-worker is telling the truth. Especially in light of the fact that LE could not locate anybody in surveillance that resembled the people the co-worker alleged PH left with.

That wasn’t the question asked.
In SS case they “shared” at least confirmation she was at the bar and had left the bar accompanied. In this case LE hasn’t even confirmed PH was at this bar much less accompanied by anyone. After almost 2 weeks they should at least be able to confirm if she was there at all. MOO

You can disagree & that's okay. I felt very little was revealed during the SS investigation.

As per the MSM, there was a band playing that night. As a musician myself (PT, playing very similar bars for 30+ years) there is always someone taking pictures or videos. I can’t tell you how many times I wake up the next day and find numerous pictures & videos posted on social media. Mostly of the band and the audience.
So, had the MSM confirmed any photos of her in the bar? The video didn’t seem to help much as per MSM.

As a long time sleuth I've learned that sometimes you need to read between the lines, and that sometimes it is what the police aren't saying that is important. The story was that PH left with two large black men. They say that security footage does not show these men. Would not the next logical step be to ask patrons to send any photos or videos that they may have taken that evening? Many people were celebrating Christmas and it would be hard to imagine that there are not at least a bunch of images out there. But they haven't. It is quite possible that the Tin Roof had a camera pointed right at the front door and that they never saw PH enter or exit, let alone two black guys. Perhaps LE has moved on, already aware that the Tin Roof story is BS? Could this be why LE has said nothing, or why no searches have been organized?

And about the two black guys, after looking at literally dozens of images taken at Tin Roof and seeing no black guys, I find it very suspicious that PH hooks up and leaves with the only two black guys ever to enter the establishment. This is the south, and its no secret that making false accusations against "some random black guy" usually goes over pretty easily in communities where racism is rampant.

So if the "black guys" story is bogus, what happened? What we know is that there is a "group" of co-workers involved here, although we have no cue as to whether it was a large or small gathering. I would suggest that it is a small group as none of them has cracked. In a larger group, someone would undoubtedly see the ultimate stupidity of trying to pull this off. So did any of them go to the bar? Perhaps PH and one or two people decide to carry on partying at the friend's house rather than going to the bar. Perhaps they return home at midnight to find PH dead. Perhaps they dispose of her body and then set about covering it up, sending that text message to the friends phone. Pretty simple story, "we all went to the bar, PH did her own thing and she left with the black guys without saying anything".

Whatever happened, rest assured that this will be over soon IMO.

I'm on the band's facebook page, looks like they take a LOT of photos with their fans and put them on there. I'm looking through them right now to see if anyone looks like PH or any of the photos may have been taken at the Tin Roof show. I am really bad with faces though, like verging on face-blindness. (There is quite a lot of photos)

LE has danced around this by saying she wasn’t seen leaving with 2HSBGs, but they also didn’t say she was seen leaving alone, or leaving with someone else, or sitting at a table, or dancing to the band. To me it’s telling LE hasn’t confirmed she was there at all.

All I am saying is that because there was a group of co-workers, police will interview each of those people. They would be able to tell pretty quickly what is what, and even if they all tell the same story, they will likely be able to tell if they are all telling the truth or lying. Thats all.

Great right up rickcross! I agree 100%. I think they are already aware that the two black guys' story is bogus but if they tell the public that, then we are going after the friend group for sleuthing (not that we aren't already.) They are probably pressuring some individuals with the evidence they have of what DID NOT happen and some may be lawyering up, as LE continues to look for evidence of a crime. I'm not sure I agree that they may cover it up and dispose of the body if they return to find her dead. If they are completely innocent in what happened to her, why would they? Unless they are psychopaths like Robert Durst (Morris Black.)

I think we now know this is not correct and I am assuming media took liberties with their interpretation of some statement LE made.

She may not have been; it's every bit possible something happened before and the Tin Roof is a cover story, one that is starting to unravel.
