i do, i know KC in particular did..but sure jb was in on it...hindsight is 20/20...
all these baby daddys and grandmas coming out of the woodworks..more the merrier...sorry to say but if its a thorn in her side, so be it!!!
i would LOVE to see GA jump on the bandwagon, he, along w/ grunds/jesse, vasco t., RK should join suit...those people mention had JB/and his "team" cast suspicion on them...w/out merit, esp mr. vasco t.(remember, that was NOT v.t's phone # when it appeared on GA call records..)

Just got a text from OS that RK is suing LP.

Geez everybody is suing somebody in this case.

Everything JB said about RK came right from LP. LP is still repeating his defamation of RK on national TV as of a couple days ago. He should certainly sue LP, should have done it 2 years ago. Maybe he was waiting for the trial to end.

My mind often goes back to early on, when Jose and Casey asked the court if they could go out looking alone, without being encumbered by pesky jail officials. Remember that? That is when I think Jose found out. I wonder what they wanted to do on that little unescorted field trip. Of course, the request was rejected.

I forgot about that. What a dumb request that was. I'm surprised LE didn't ask where, specifically, they wanted to go. JMO

Casey's attorney hopes to convince Circuit Judge Stan Strickland on Friday to allow Casey to travel secretly to "places of interest" in the case to "assist with the search of missing child, Caylee Anthony." But Baez also asks in the motion that "due to the sensitive nature of this Motion, the Defense requests that the date and time of such travel not be public."

Someone has said that JB can't be sued for what he said in court. I'd like to see GA, Lee, Roy's girlfriend, and the Grunds, join in Roy's suit against LP. There's no way LP should be able to get away with all the nasty false allegations he's made against these people on national TV. I'd also love to see Nancy Grace get sued for giving LP a platform on which to defame these people. People have to start being more responsible, especially in the media.

I'm interpreting that differently. It looks like JB wanted KC to search, not necessarily without a LE officer or two tagging along, but without the media knowing about it. FWIW.

I'm sure someone must have mentioned this already, but I really hope someone files a civil suit against Casey for wrongful death. I don't know who would be allowed to do this, but I saw on TV that the State of Florida could. GA should write Casey off like the bad investment she is, stand up for his grand daughter and file suit. I don't know why no one has done this yet since it seems like the best way to go after Casey.

Only the personal representative of the deceased can file a wrongful death suit. In this case, that would be Casey since she was found not guilty.

What if the story LP told about the jail guards listening in on the phone conversation between CA and JB was really true.

That could mean that RK really was sent to the lot using clues he got through his girlfriend, who got the info from the guards. The truth of the matter could be exposed through depositions or one of the guards taking a plea deal. The date of the phone call is on record. That would mean that as of that date JB knew that Caylee was dead and where she was dumped. If after that call JB continued with the charade about the 'missing' Caylee I imagine he could be charged with Obstruction Of Justice, Concealing A Body and all sorts of things.

I also wonder if someone could make a complaint to the local Bar about his unethical tactics during the trial, like slandering witnesses while knowing all along he didn't have one shred of evidence to back up his allegations.

I hope all those who became victims ought to sue Casey and keep the suits coming endlessly. HLN is just adding to Casey's "fame". LOL The best thing to do is to drop the case talk entirely. The more they yak about this the more money she will make and Casey loves all the attention.

Let's move on to other precious children who are missing; Nancy Grace had a very short spot on a child the other night...then they went back to CMA....forget it! She WILL get her due.

Everyone should post and e-mail everyone they know and have them e-mail HLN to move on; we've had enough. HLN is raking in the money too. WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH. As we all know there are so many little ones that need all this media attention; but that would be using common sense.

According to Orange County court records, the lawsuit was officially filed on Friday.

Badali was recruited by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla to assist in the search for Caylee back in November of 2008. He headed the dive team that spent hours in the water searching the Little Econ River in east Orange County.

Badali has filed suit in hopes of recouping the costs of his dive search.

He's probably suing Casey because she knew that Caylee was dead at the time they were searching. She lied and withheld information, and was actually found guilty of Lying to LE. It sounds like the same type of suit that Tim Miller is bringing. If all these suits wind up holding water then I imagine that anyone involved in the search, including LP, could file against Casey. Legally, I don't know how this will play out.

The diver and LP knew she was dead too, that's why they were looking underwater.
