I just read the updates thread and I am fired up by the gall of KC. Her lawyer has the gall to file a motion to have Z's lawsuit thrown out b/c KC thinks it frivolous! Are you kidding me? KC filed a countersuit against Z, the grounds of which no one can figure out but Z's lawsuit is frivolous??

I am so indignant that this sick sick woman who murdered her child has ruined the lives of everyone she comes into contact with all the while she claims to be the innocent and injuired party!! What a crock!

Z was named, had the physical characteristics, drove a silver car with NY plates, and had a connection to #210 apt at Sawgrass on the very day some think Caylee disappeared. Had LE questioning her, the public accusing her, and the media chasing her because KC chose to lie and name this woman. I am almost speechless. I believe Z to have proper grounds for this defamation lawsuit and I hope someday she is able to collect on it. When and if Z receives a monetary judgement and can somehow collect, will KC then get a taste of her own medicine? Will KC remember how she stole money from her elderly sick grandparents to buy a cell phone? Or how she stole thousands from her parents that almost emptied her mother's retirement account/put them seriously behind in mortgage payments? Will she remember how duplicitous she was to AH, a good and true friend, robbing her while driving around in her car, or telling her she hide money while she was sleepwalking that KC most likely stole? Will she remember how she emptied Caylee's piggy bank and bank account? She will not think of any of this, she will think herself wronged, but I don't care as long as she feels the pain of having someone else's hand legally, freely, and IMO justly helping themselves to her wallet. moo

Maybe the Baez/KC countersuit (that calls for an investigation of ZG) is (among other things) seeking to learn if she really has an "F" in her name. Probing to see if that claim is fraudulent.

It seems possible that ZG could lie to Morgan about being a "F", and he could just carry that into the civil suit as if it were the truth.

Morgan and his law firm doesn't need publicity. He is a well grounded and known attorney in Tampa.

I think Morgan is one of the good guys for representing ZG.

Baez recently filed a motion asking for THIS ZG's background as part of his CRIMINAL case. So much for THIS ZG NOT being specifically named.

What would the defense be doing if there WASN'T a lawsuit and deposition looming over Casey?

The countersuit is not seeking to investigate anything about ZG including her actual name.

IMO, the countersuit is claiming that the civil suit is without merit and the countersuit seeks (unspecified) monies to pay for all attorney fees involved in preparing and filing the countersuit. IOW, if you are going to file a frivolous civil suit - we are going to sue you for what it costs for us to make an official claim that your lawsuit is frivolous.

And...THIS poor ZG has had LE, the media, thousands of online people and the FBI digging through her personal background and public records for months. Her lifestyle, spending habits, tattoos, her children, her boyfriend's and even her car plates have been fair game for attack and judgement.

I think Morgan is a saint for helping. He has probrably already invested lots of HIS own dimes (especially considering the cost of his time) without compensation. There is no liklihood of money ahead, either.

This is ridiculous! Are ZG's attorneys going after the whole family now? What information do they think that LEE could possibly give them? The more I read about this defamation lawsuit the more I think it is completely bogus.

Lee said himself under oath already that he and Casey have a special kind a bond that they could tell each other things they would not feel comfortable telling anyone else, so why all of a sudden does he not know anything about her everyday life?

She barely asked for any money.

A little girl was murdered and the "accused" is wildly pointing fingers saying the child was murdered by a mysterious nanny, too scary to reveal, that goes by HER name, looks like her, wears her hair like her, is of the same ethnic background and that drives a car like hers.

"It's not the ZG that is suing, but I can't say so or talk about who it is...too scary.." (While Baez files papers to check out THIS ZG's background.)

If ZFG isn't in need of a lawyer for protection and to keep her name from being further drug down, I don't know who is.

We don't know how much money she's asking for. Asking for less than $15,000 puts the case in circuit court. Asking for more than $15,000 puts it in County court. The "more than" $15,000 was put in the papers only to make sure the suit was heard in the higher court. She could be hoping for millions.

Sure a few of the details Casey gave could match this ZFG, but others totally exclude her. A few of the details could match any of us, it's the details that exclude that really matter. Casey excluded this ZFG before she ever saw her picture.

It' not illegal to have out of state tags if you are in the military. I've lived in 5 different states over the last 17 years, in WA now, and have maintain my FL plates to this day.

It's also not uncommon for people/coworkers I know to wait for their previous tags to expire before they bother renewing for residential plates.

And anyone who knows anything about FL knows there is no shortage of NY plates to be spotted for a multitude of reasons. Particularly in the central/southern regions of the state.

According to LP, the car ZFG drove belonged to her brother. Perhaps he lives in NY. ZFG has a Florida driver's license.

What happens if it can be proven that ZFG was unemployed prior to 7/15, meaning Casey's accusation did not cause her to lose her job?

What happens if it can be proven that ZFG was homeless prior to 7/15, meaning that Casey's accusation did not cause her to lose her home?

What happens if it can be proven that ZFG was offered jobs after 7/15 and did not take one?

Can she continue to pursue this case if she has lied about the damages she's claiming?

The A's have already said repeatedly that they never met and have no firsthand knowledge of ZFG. I can see why Morgan might want to get that information under oath for the purpose of this suit, I can't understand why he announced that he'll bring the media in and release the films of their depositions. That's not business as usual and it's not at all appropriate. I don't know why the lawyers keep wanting to treat this as a game instead of the serious matter that it is.

I just think it would be poetic justice if all the money made from selling pics and doing movie deals ends up in the hands of the Nanny!!!

It boggles my mind that KC can steal from everyone, get away with it, and yet a lady who is named as a kidnapper and murderer is dragged through the mud for wanting compensation( even if it is just her good name restored)
I don't think it's fair that Amy has to wait for her money/justice either.
Whether KC killed her own daughter doesn't absolve her from being accountable for multiple thefts.

Casey's ZG is in her early 20's. ZFG is late 30's.
Casey's ZG drove a brand new Ford. ZFG drove a older foreign car.
Casey's ZG is 140 pounds. ZFG is...well, no where close.
Casey's ZG had an apartment with two roomates. ZFG lived at Motel 6.
Casey's ZG was the child of Victor and Gloria. ZFG is not.
Casey's ZG had no tattoos. ZFG has many very obvious tattoos.
The list goes on and on.

Aside from the name (if ZFG really is ZFG) and the sawgrass connection and the NY connection, there are no similarities between the real ZFG and the imaginary nanny. Plaintiff ZFG is obviously not the woman Casey accused, IMO.
