Lt. Dustin Free with the North Little Rock Fire Department said, "Until we get a positive ID and notify next of kin there's not a whole lot I can tell you about the body."
He added it does appear the body has been in the river for awhile, but cannot confirm the gender.

"Skeletal remains" in the article is a bit misleading, they found a couple bones of unknown provenance. Although I'd love to see this case solved, those bones could be anything.
