Sorry I post then forget to come back... Imo his case is one of the "casualities" of the system, and not the type of crime the RSO registry was meant for. This is a small town and the widely accepted story is he had a teenage girlfriend, she got pregnant, he was charged, served his time, got out, married her, and went on to have more children, then divorced years later.
 
A very basic Google research will show you he has had multiple arrests and charges from everything to stalking to destruction of property.

Obviously, I am not accusing anyone of guilt. I am simply researching what someone else posted on this forum.

The fact he was a little league UMP during that time frame AND he looks exactly like the composite sketch makes me go "hmmmmmmmmmmmm" -- nothing more. Just "hmmmmmmmmmmmmm"
 
I just think it's highly unlikely, and I understand where you're coming from, I just cannot see it, it isn't remotely the same type of crime.
 
I see that. But I do have the correct Sevier -- and just because he was arrested and charged, doesn't mean he was convicted.
 
Sex crimes gradually evolve over time. It doesn't have to be the same "kind" of crime. He was clearly interested in younger girls. That, combined with the other information, makes him at least someone that authorities should look at. Even if for nothing more than to rule him out. His resemblance to the composite sketch is uncanny. But like I said, I am not accusing him (or anyone else) of anything at all.

this is all my personal opinion, but he looks an awfully lot like the sketch of the guy. If i were morgan's family i would be looking into past vehicles owned by this man to see if they match the description.
I made this to show resemblance...hope it is allowed. Remember it has been 20 years.

Bumping for Morgan, the anniversary of this tragedy is just a few days away and you are still not home. I sincerely feel someone in Alma knows something, they have a solid sketch of the suspect and the description of the vehicle. Wherever you are Morgan just know we have not forgotten about you, we will hopefully bring justice to your case one day, hope you're okay.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to post this or not since it's not from a news site. If not I'm very sorry, it does appear to be from the NCMEC. .....My apologies this article is a couple years old, I had never heard of Morgan or her story until now. I have double checked hoping maybe since this was an old article she had been found but unfortunately she is still missing :-(
