Finding here alive is the best outcome. I don’t want to live with more of the would have could haves I live with like when my stepfather committed suicide. Her father.

From what I can piece together, Tori was arrested back in April, failed to appear in July, and has a warrant out for her arrest with a bond forfeiture hearing in Oct.

4/11/24 - Arrested for 1) Breaking or Entering, and 2) Criminal Mischief - Damages <= $1,000
4/12/24 - Tori appeared by video, NG plea, signed no contact order (viewable at the link)
4/15/24 - $3,500 bond posted and Tori was released

Do you have any idea where she was last seen or might be? Does she have a car?

I’ve given all the information to the police of what I know. The detective hasn’t been able to make any progress yet. All we know is the last time her car was seen was June 5th by a traffic camera. Wasn’t even able to tell who was driving the detective told me.

I have no idea who she could be with. The bond agent seems to think he knew people she would be with, but now he says he can’t find her.

Detectives with the Hot Springs Police Department is needing your assistance in locating Tori Ellen Milsak (34) of Hot Springs. She is 5'06", 125lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair. Her last known location was on Edgewood Street, Hot Springs on June 6, 2024. Unknown clothing description. It was also reported she may have mental health concerns.

Hi. I saw the post on Facebook and took a quick look at some of her accounts. This is not necessarily indicative, but it caught my eye. She seems to know an open member of the aryan nation. That type of person is exactly who I would be watching closely. Who would you go to if you were skipping court? Food for thought.

Just wanted to provide a small update on this information. That individual is actually a member of the New Aryan Empire, an Arkansas sect of neo-nazis whose identifier is "2 3 4" often done in Roman numerals, for the number of letters in the words "To the dirt". This particular individual appears to have been incarcerated, again, in July.
