He`s having lunch at rum reef with Gardner, who he tells people has taken - she`s taken sleeping pills. That`s around 4:00 in the afternoon. Fast-forward, they have lunch, they`re both bone dry, with no snorkel gear to be seen. At 6:02, just two hours later, he appears where on surveillance video, Alexis.

ALEXIS WEED, PRODUCER, NANCY GRACE SHOW: Right, Nancy, we`re hearing through ABC news that he appears on this surveillance video at 6:02, he`s behind the restaurant where they had that meal and he`s knocking on some shutters on the back of that restaurant, he then at 6:20 is heads to the kitchen, the back kitchen of the restaurant and says to someone there that they need to call police.

GRACE: Well, how does that jive, Martin Savidge? Joining us from Aruba, with the initial reports that he approaches an anonymous couple on the beach begging to use their cell phone at 6:30 to report her missing, that she`s drifted out to sea, Martin.

MARTIN SAVIDGE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, here is how that can go down. First of all, the way that ABC describes all the cameras is not possible because we walked around the place. There are six cameras at the front of the facility. There are none at the back of this facility. So you can`t see what`s going on behind the restaurant.

That restaurant also closes between 5:00 and 5:30. We double-checked that today. So at 6:30, if he had gone there, there was no one there. That`s why he may appear to be rattling on doors or knocking on things. There is no one there at that time. It is closed, which could be why he then may have gone to the beach to get a phone there. The question is why didn`t he have a phone?

GRACE: Tell people in the kitchen to call 911. But that makes sense, Martin Savidge. That makes absolute sense.

This is a victim friendly forum and frankly there are alot of posts here that are not victim friendly, I've been reading through all posts since this thread began and was kind of shocked at the tone and opinions of some posts. We are here to find out what happened to her not trash her life or decisions that led up to her going missing. imo

I have mostly been reading on this forum, and agree with your statement 100%.
JMOO, but people should be able to live their lives the way they want, as long as it does not hurt others . Robyn's looks, actions, age,medical procedures are entirely her business. I dare say if anyone of us were to have our lives, looks, actions, etc, placed under the "personal" microscope of public opinion we might be shocked at what "we" might look like to others.
Fortunately none of us have disappeared in Aruba.

As for the need to "know" the minutia that was Robyn's life in order to determine victimology...well that is what the FBI and other law enforcement agencies are for, right? They will be the ones to solve this mystery, not us.

WS is a great website for intelligent and informative discussion from like-minded people , and I enjoy keeping up with your comments everyday. However some of the comments I have read are just downright mean spirited. Robyn was 35 years old and as such entitled to make her own decisions as to how to live her life, and because of an unfortunate choice and set of circumstances, may have paid for it with her life It may have been a bad choice, but then who of any of us have not made "a" bad decision. We were just lucky ---no one knows about it---until We go missing!!! There is a lesson somewhere in there, EH!!:waitasec:

The "clothing optional / nude" beaches

Public nudity of any kind is illegal and insulting to the Aruban people. However, there are many very secluded small beaches along the northeast coast, some requiring a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach, where you may be alone and do as you wish, subject to interruption at any time by 4-WD or horseback tours. There are no facilities of any kind nearby and the surf is extremly rough and dangerous for swimming.

A possible explanation for the term "beyond pornographic" - just a thought.

If that is true and there are no areas where he could have taken her (nudist beach for instance) could it be he lied to LE about snorkelling when it was just a nude photo-shoot instead?

Where is she then?

Point being, the snorkeling story handily for him places her in the water and lost at sea. Also, he didn't have to say nude photos. He could have just said he was taking photos.

Let's hope one of the U.S. media can track down this fisherman. I want to know more details of what he saw, such as what they were doing exactly and how long they were there. Did he see photos being taken, was she nude, was it just a walk, was he fishing there past 6 p.m., etc.

This is a breakthrough of significance. I'm sure they tried to break Giordano down in further questioning by exposing this witness yesterday. Perhaps that will lead to something. He went somewhere, and we KNOW it now. Fess up, NOW. I hope they rough him up a bit, personally. Put him in a cell with Bubba and Leroy, both fond of fresh males coming into the prison.

I would think the networks would have a greater interest in him if they had footage of him searching for her, I say this as he was complaining about the lack of air time he got with Judge Janine.

Are you kidding? RF really complained about air time?? EEHHH- I so agree, this guy is very "peculiar". Robyn's girlfriend seemed to have his number--I wish they would ask her for the Story on RF.

I can't think of one legitimate reason not to have made a trip to Aruba, even if just to go to the site and see for myself. I'm not sure how much work he is doing, per his FB postings, he has been at the beach during the work week.

Under the circumstance, I can't see an employer not allowing an employee to take time off work.

Oh, and I'm not suggesting he should go to Aruba and remain there until this is resolved, but out of respect for Robyn I feel he should have already been to Aruba. It's not a big Island. No matter how little you know of it, it is easy enough to get around. Rent a car & get a map, take the bus or a cab.

For whatever reason, we have or I have not seen a clear picture of GG without his toupee. Reports say he even confused police with his many toupee's. His picture should be published in all his looks to maybe help any witness come forward who may have seen him.

Maybe he took his toupee off during the two hours unaccounted for.
