1. Attended Same Dance Studio. Girl performed at same dance studio as JBR took lessons: Dance West. Thus perp may have seen both girls at the same location.
2. Public Performances. Like JBR, Amy had performed in several public functions in Boulder in the year before her death, giving the perp another potential opportunity or motive for targeting her.
3. Close Proximity in Space and Time to JBR Killing. Amy lived 2 miles from Ramseys and the assault occurred on Sept. 14, 1997, only 9 months after JBR died.
4. Ease of Entry May Denote Prior Experience. "He was like a ghost," recalls Amy's father. "We couldn't figure out where he came from, or where he went." "By the time the Boulder police arrived, the man was long gone. Because the intruder had gotten in and out of the house so easily, Amy's father began to think this wasn't the first time he had done something like this."
5. Family Away When Perp Entered House. The family was out of the house from late afternoon on the eve of the crime, until after dark. "That night, Amy's father was out of town. After catching a movie, Amy and her mother returned home late. What they didn't know when they entered the house was that there was already an intruder inside" (CBS News).
6. Perp Waited 4-6 Hours Before Entering Bedroom. The intruder may have waited at least four hours before entering Amy's second-floor bedroom. "Amy's father, who asked that his identity be obscured, agreed to talk about what happened that night: "My feeling is he got into the house while they were out and hid inside the house, so he would have been in there for perhaps four to six hours, hiding" (CBS News).
7. Sexual Assault Occurred at Night While Parent Sleeping. The perp found Amy in bed and assaulted her in the house while mother was sleeping. "Before going to bed, Amy's mother turned on the burglar alarm. Around midnight, Amy woke up to find a man standing over her bed, his hand over her mouth. "She remembered the intruder addressing her by her name," says Peterson. "He said, 'I know who you are.' He repeated those things a few times, apparently. 'I'll knock you out. Shut up.'" (CBS News).
8. Sexual Assault Included Digital Penetration and Oral Sex. Amy was sexually assaulted by penetration of finger or object and orally
ike JonBenet, she took lessons at Dance West. And like JonBenet, another girl, who is identified as "Amy," was attacked and sexually assaulted at night in her own bedroom on Sept. 14, 1997.

JR is mistaken. AR knows Amy's name, where she lives, who she is, etc. But Amy did not recognize him. Curious this theme is repeated in the RN

Well if AR did this. He watched them and if he addressed Amy why not JB and why JR this wasn't about JR if he was watching the girls at the dance studio and why haven't he done it again..Cause if AR was the one getting away twice wouldn't he feel kind of like noone can catch him..

There is some evidence of there being a fifth person in the house that night but, if so, that person (or persons) would have had to be a friend of the Ramseys who had been invited in by a Ramsey. Otherwise, there would be no reason for the Ramseys to be lying, covering up, and refusing to reasonably cooperate with the investigation.

To be more specific, it appears that Doug Stine (and perhaps one other young person) could have been invited in by Burke Ramsey. The Stines' strange behaviors following the murder sends up a red flag for me.

I remember that from a while back. Blue Crab was BDI, and felt that, although he probably couldn't have done this alone, it was possible that a few boys were "playing" with JB that night.
The Stine's were suspiciously NOT among the group called to the house that morning, despite being the close friends who housed them after the murder. SS was a virulent advocate for R innocence. There was talk that possibly BR invited DS to go along on the trip to Charlevoix, and maybe that is why he may have been there that night.
I'd have love to see if calls were made that night to the Stine's house.
As JR said, "there were a lot of people in the house at 3 in the morning".

yes,weird isn't it.esp. since they stayed w them for a few days after the murder.I can only assume they no longer believe the R's to be innocent.I recall reading somewhere the Fernie's had asked the R's not to contact them anymore.
I do find it significant the Stine's were the only ones thanked as well.

It is staggering that she barely even got a slap on the wrists..

Beckner had been so nice to her too, 'phoning to apologise when she called one of his staff a '*advertiser censored*****g imbecile' (or whatever it was).

It's another odd thing to do, though: most people believe that whoever wrote the RN was an impostor to the extent that he or she was not in fact a SFF. I wouldn't have thought it was sensible or sensitive to go around impersonating people given her proximity to the case.

Maybe she is part of a cover up. If its BDI and Alex Hunter and friends engineered the GJ result, with JR then regularly popping up on the media to remind people he was free and by definition the intruder was still out there.

Charging her might just have shone a light where nobody wanted any daylight?
