ATLANTIC CITY SK: possible link to LISK and GB4?

" Police are investigating how a 22-year-old California woman’s body wound up in a Queens motel early Saturday — one of three people found dead in the borough in less than 24 hours.

The woman, whose name was not immediately released, was found in her first-floor room at the Surfside Three Motel on Cross Bay Blvd. in Howard Beach about 11:20 a.m., cops said.

She was last seen by motel staff about 3 a.m., according to police. The woman had checked in with at least two men — who were nowhere to be found when her body was discovered.

Rooms at the motel go for $72 for a four-hour stay and $150 for the night.

About an hour before the Californian was found, the body of a 51-year-old woman was pulled from the waters off 47th Rd. and Center Blvd. in Hunter’s Point.

The woman, identified as Judy Soo Hoo, 51, was fully dressed and her body showed no signs of trauma, police said."

Another GA connection, like the drifter. Charles Coles is a mysterious character. I would assume he might know the identity of the two men from Howard Beach or the Crack dealer who was staying with kim?

Reading some comments and someone mentioned they thought Billy Schlue was the AC killer. This name had totally slipped from my memory but I remember now a news article that said Billy Schlue was a person of interest and was questioned in the Ac case. Does anyone know where that article is? Billy Schlue's obit now turns up and supposedly he committed suicide after being questioned.

Is this the Larry Huggup who heard four or five loud pops? Does anyone have a theory as to what these noises were? I think it's very interesting that his roommate Ms Hamlett believes a man driving up and down Black Horse Pike for weeks was possibly the murder. He was driving a gray plymouth van. VERY interesting stuff! Now look at this:

Atlantic County Indictment No. 05-02-0332 charged defendant with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2(a) (count one); second-degree sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2(c) (count three); third-degree criminal restraint, N.J.S.A. 2C:13-2 (count five); two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4 (counts six and seven); two counts of fourth-degree child abuse, N.J.S.A. 9:6-3 (counts eight and nine); second-degree aggravated assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1(b)(1) (count eleven); third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4(d) (count twelve); and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(d) (count thirteen). Co-defendant Troy Wicks was also charged in counts one, three, five through nine, and eleven through thirteen. A third co-defendant, Larry Huggup, defendant's brother, was also charged in counts two and four through thirteen.

Tried to a jury, defendant was found guilty on all charges except unlawful possession of a weapon. Co-defendants Wicks and Larry Huggup disposed of their charges through negotiated plea bargains with the State. Larry Huggup testified against defendant at trial.

The victim of these offenses was defendant's then girlfriend, M.M., with whom he lived along with his brother and his fianc e, known as Nici, and the latter's one-year-old baby girl, M.H. Co-defendant Wicks moved in with the group in October 2004. Nici's eleven-year-old niece, V.E., would sometimes stay with them on weekends.

The events giving rise to the indictment occurred from the early morning of Sunday, October 17, 2004 into the following day. M.M. testified at trial that early on the morning of October 17, Larry Huggup awakened her and began an argument. M.M. stated that Larry Huggup and defendant began to jump on her, kick her, throw her up in the air and toss her. She specifically testified that defendant sat on her "to twist [her] legs."

M.M. testified that defendant and his brother invited Wicks to join in the abuse, which was witnessed by Nici, V.E., and M.H. M.M. stated that at one point, V.E. and Nici joined in hitting her, at the direction of Larry Huggup.

M.M. further testified that Larry Huggup burned her with a cigarette lighter on her back and set her hair on fire; he also tied a belt around her neck, dragging her around; defendant and Wicks eventually participated in that conduct as well. Larry Huggup also put M.M.'s head in the toilet.

In addition to physical abuse, M.M. stated that both Wicks and defendant raped her; defendant then forced her to perform oral sex on him.

After the sexual assaults, M.M. testified that defendant made her take a cold shower with her clothes on. After the entire group forced her to clean the house, M.M. was placed in a closet by Larry and tied up with a belt. At some point defendant brought M.M. out of the closet and raped her again.

On the following morning, October 18, M.M. testified that she was stripped of all her clothing. Eventually she was able to escape through a window wrapped only in a sheet. She approached a stranger who took her to the hospital."

An Atlantic County jury, emerging from 2 hours of deliberation, found Dorell Huggup, 20, guilty after hearing a 21-year-old Michigan woman testify that she was sexually assaulted in October 2004 by Huggup, his 21-year-old brother, Larry, and Troy Hicks, then 21, of Atlantic City, Atlantic County prosecutors said.

The woman originally met Dorell Huggup during the summer of 2004 at a bus stop on the Black Horse Pike, while she was staying with family in Pleasantville, prosecutors said. After knowing Huggup for several weeks, the woman accompanied him to his apartment in Somers Point on Oct."

As a cocktail waitress at Bally's, Hamlett catches the 3 a.m. bus to go to work. She said the driver told her this morning that the women regulary traveled together on her bus to Atlantic City."

"Pamela Covelli, 33, said she was with Kim Raffo, one of the murdered women, when they met a "strange" client the night of Nov. 17. That was three days before the bodies of the four women were discovered.

Covelli said she has since identified the man from photos shown to her by Atlantic County investigators. She described him as white, about 6 feet tall, with greasy dark hair and a beard.

Covelli said the man told her his name was "Bill." Investigators have since told her that the man's name is "John" and that he once lived in Egg Harbor City. She said she was not told his last name.

Covelli said authorities told her they have been unable to locate the man."

Covelli said she and Raffo met the man in a room at the Flamingo Motel on Pacific Avenue. She said the man had cocaine, money and an attitude. He belittled the women, Covelli said, calling them "*advertiser censored*."

Covelli said she went to the motel room assuming it was for a "date" - a street term that describes sex-for-money.

"It was crazy," she said. "He was giving girls drugs. He said he wanted us to take our clothes off, but he said he wouldn't have sex."

Covelli said the situation "didn't seem right" and she left.

Raffo stayed.

"That was the last night I saw Kim," she said.

Covelli said she has met four times with investigators from the county Prosecutor's Office. One interview occurred in the county jail. On three other occasions, she said, investigators took her from the jail and drove her around Atlantic City while she pointed out the motel room where she met the man and other locations where, she said, other women had encountered him."

Seems like the first thing these brilliant detectives should do is call those numbers. I think the guy who found these bags by Astral Projections and "black keys" is very suspicious.

She has multiple tattoos — a clown on her right hand and two stars on her chest. She has piercings on her lip, cheeks, chin and nose.

According to police, Harold is known to frequent Atlantic City and Camden. She was last seen three months ago in Atlantic City.

I am killing an hour today so I tried to see if I could trace these drawings back based on a phone number.

So…..yes, I believe I did (but using the 609 - 271 - 627* NJ number).

That number tracks back to a woman with the initials J. O. and based on her 4 facebook profiles she looks very much like the woman in these drawings. I'm not saying she *is* the woman in the drawings, but based on my experience teaching art in institutional settings, self taught artists often draw faces that look more similar to themselves or the people they know best (family etc.) than to the subject they are depicting. (Stay with me here).

One of her facebook connections appears to be an older gentleman with the initials SP. *His wife* looks a lot like J. O. (possibly related) and he has a handful of pictures of art in his facebook photos. These works are in the Exact Same Style as the found drawings, and using the same materials and techniques (note the addition of the raised gold texture in some areas etc. I am 99.9% sure these are his work shown in the video.) And no, I don't think he's got a thing to do with Amber's death. It's against TOS to post some screenshots of his work but I'm convinced the found images are his.

I posted a long note about the use of "wrapping carefully in burlap" of the GB4 victims, and the possible religious connotation of this.

With the AC4 victims, they were buried (faces were east...not their bodies) giving "directions" again (FBI profiler said same thing) to his home. (I think possibly business or killing site, too). However, these 4 victims weren't wrapped in burlap. They were left fully clothed except for their socks & shoes being removed: "BAREFOOT".
There are 3 scriptures referencing being barefoot for the same reason: "Holy Ground".

1) Exodus 3:5- Then He said, "Do not come near here; remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground."

2) Joshua 5:15- The captain of the LORD'S host said to Joshua, "Remove your sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy." And Joshua did so.

3) Acts 7:33- But the Lord said to him, "Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is Holy ground".

In both the cases (GB4 & AC4), we know of course that there were 4 victims. In each case, we also now know that the SK is a Mission Killer. Each 4 indicated a Religious Mission the SK is on in order to serve God. In the case of the GB4, the SK was humiliating the sex workers, burying them in sack cloth (it's VERY rough on the skin & very humiliating). In the AC4, the sex workers were made to go barefoot, again to HUMILIATE them. He ordered them in their burials to remove their shoes...this place, Atlantic City, the U.S., the world, whatever, is what the SK was saying is "Holy Ground"! As I said in my GB4 post, I still maintain that this SK is well known and IS an avid church-goer. He puts his victims at ease based on his standing in the community, and I still believe his business is being or has been advertised in each of the areas he has killed. Wherever he chooses next, his business's TV ads will also likely be in those areas, or in the Newspapers. He uses his status to make the victims comfortable. I now agree with FBI profiler that this is a MISSION KILLER. I didn't think so before, but he is on a mission he believes God has sent him to complete. (He does NOT have a foot fettish!) See below.

In each case, the "WAY" the 4 victims were situated (500 yards apart, 4 bodies) indicating a clue to his whereabouts. In the AC4, their faces were turned EAST, indicating again a direction of his whereabouts. Unfortunately, the police chief (Very cool guy) was wrong about this SK...he isn't going to sleep every night wondering when the chief's storm troopers will be at his door. He's dreaming & craving his next set of victims he will kill. He does NOT think he'll be caught. Just like other SK's, he's a narcissistic psychopath and thinks he will NEVER be caught. He's laughing right now. He needs to laugh in prison.

The significance of the #4 is particularly interesting. You must think like someone who's deranged and who has twisted scriptures in to his delusions. Narcissism has of course made him "GOD" on earth. The number "4" has been thought by some psychopaths to be a connection of the Trinity of God (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit) & the the SK- "God on Earth".

I dont know much about the AC killings but am intrigued by the similarities between their placement/positioning and that of the GB4 as well as the recurrence of the number 4. I initially discounted any link between LISK and AC but I now see plausibility.

This also lends credence to the possibility of more than 1 killer on Long Island because the positioning and number of victims are very strong hallmarks. The depths and layers to this case- whether factual or theoretical- absolutely astound me.
