So, now we can start asking ourselves whose piece of hair was found with Caylee's remains?

Let's use Cindy's logic here...

Cindy stated a long time ago that Caylee's hair was probably even in her own trunk and she wouldn't be surprised if her own hair wasn't in Casey's trunk...
So, maybe it is your hair Cindy? Or George's? Or maybe even Lee.

Oh, I know Cindy... you want to point towards Jesse or Amy... maybe even Tony? So, using your logic... since all three of these people have been in Casey's car... then their hair could have easily been in the trunk of Casey's car? Right?

Of course Cindy's logic only applies to her family... everyone else is responsible for Caylee's death.

Off my rant... but, what if that hair was either Cindy, George or Lee's? What would Cindy say then?

I'm assuming (which is never good to do) that they told what they thought was the most damaging evidence they had in the Presser.

All I got to say is... That is it? You made a big deal out of this?

The sad part is, they are acting like the trial is going on NOW. And it isn't. Nothing they can do will change what the public thinks about them now, because of their own actions. And the 31 day thing, pretty much seals it for KC. That wraps up the public trial. Now the one with a Jury.. that is a different ball game.

I just keep visualizing that video when CA's walking away from the media stating "It was the pizza! " Sure it was,Cindy.
And that duct tape is not the same tape.The hair is not Caylee's and Zanni and her white dog are hiding out in Puerto Rico,but under surveillence by your PI team.
And I don't ever recall a lawyer that was not part of the defense acting on the defendants behalf.Crazy.At least they are consistant.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, held a news conference Wednesday and released even more documents -- documents he says punches a hole in the prosecution's case against Caylee Anthony.

Conway said the duct tape found at the crime scene does not match duct tape recovered from the Anthony home, and hair found on the duct tape does not belong to either Casey or Caylee Anthony.

This pathetic attempt at discrediting the evidence makes me think that yesterday's discovery release hit the defense hard.

I think what hit the Defense hard yesterday was the, "Silhouette of Murder" --- the "outline of a child in the fetal position in the trunk liner of accused child killer Casey Anthony’s car".

This has taken over the headlines in the media and both is a very powerful statement as well as hits emotions hard. We are not hearing the qualifiers, just the sound bite and headlines. It is having the desired effect.

Some media are even reporting it as a blood stain when it is an un-determined stain.

Ouch!!!

Just one day after prosecutors released 1,000 pages of documents in the case against Casey Anthony, the Anthony family attorney released his own Wednesday.

Attorney Brad Conway made public what he called "new evidence." Conway said the new documents that he released raise new questions about the entire case.

The Anthonys' attorney held a news conference at his downtown office Wednesday and released new documents that the defense has just given to the Anthonys, which have not been released publicly through ongoing records requests.

Whether it matches or doesn't match, I don't care. Didn't she borrow a roll at one point? I don't know. After a year and a half, this case has made my brain a puddle of edemaceous goop.

I've never believed Caylee was killed at home. I think it would make her detachment more difficult. As such, it would stand to reason that she'd have to get tape from elsewhere.

All that being said, we don't have these documents yet, and we have no way of knowing if there's a line conveniently left out. And if THIS is the best he can spin? Then the documents have to be pretty freakin' dull, I have to say.

IIRC this was originally filed last week but may have been updated and refiled?

Double act.

I think that they are dovetailing BC's hype on the duct tape (which he doesn't have all the tests results yet) and death band (inconclusive) with the motion to make it a bit stronger.

It is a typical motion that the Defense will try over and over again in the hope that it flies one time.
