Can someone help me please? I do not see anything there that says the duct tape did not match. I must be dense or something, cause I am not seeing it.

Also concerning the hair...Once the lab got ahold of that hair mass there was PLENTY of hair roots to compare to the one they had, don't you think? This would certainly be indicative they were from a corpse if the ones in the hair mass are the same as the one single one, right?

Conway says in the press conference that the 1st paragraph on handwritten page 9588 states that the duct tape does not match.

So, correct me if I'm wrong but - yesterday there was a doc dump of 1000 pages. Today BC comes out with (the same) 1000 pages of discovery and insinutates the SA has somehow withheld information, when all he is really doing is preemptively interpreting the evidence contained within the doc dump.

Picking apart forensic evidence (or the lack thereof) in an attempt to create doubt in the minds of the public is just ludicrous at this point.

This case is not based on any one piece of evidence but a huge chain of circumstantial evidence that points to no one other than KC.

Having a press conference and acting like this is new info is absurd. Their case has totally jumped the shark if they have to resort to public manipulation. The media needs to get a clue and stop being manipulated by these idiotic defense tactics.

This was damage control by the A's but in the grand scheme of things, there is a long way to go if the murder trial does occur in June 2010. There is still a lot of results to come out so this is a blip in the news cycle that will serve to confuse but, what counts is the Jury pool, an open mind and, an assessment of the evidence and testimony that is actually presented at trial.

While this is being played out and tried in the media it is uncertain whether it will taint the future Jury and, given the mountain of evidence we are not arguing guilt -- more LWOP versus DP. I'd take LWOP for KC because I'd want KC to be around the next 50 years and not be put out of her misery. While she has no conscience about Caylee at times it does flashback and haunt her.

I just meant that the report could be inaccurate because no one at the station had taken the time to read the docs and just assumed that BC was telling the truth.

Maybe I am totally mistaken. Maybe these emails are copies of emails sent to someone else so that they contain the same info but I am sure that I read this info yesterday.

If someone will point me in the direction of the pdfs from yesterday (the ones that I went through were labeled 1 through whatever and started with the emails between DC and CA), I will look and make sure that I am not wrong.

In looking at the 19 pages released by Conway did anyone notice the handwritten page numbers jump all over the place in a lot of places? I think maybe if we are able to look at these pages closer and in context with the complete reports we might find the truth rather than Conway's spin.

I did notice that as I was trying to locate the same page numbers in yesterdays dump.

The testing they are reporting on was done before discovery of the remains though- they had only a hairbrush which Cindy sabotaged with which they could compare.They may have compared the hair in the trunk to those found in Dec since, but as far as I know they have not released that yet.....?

OT,but this reminded me of the e-mails CA reportedly sent saying she should have or could have given LE the dog's toothbrush---I think she purposely gave LE a toothbrush that KC and Caylee shared [per yesterday's docs]and gave JB Caylee's real toothbrush.There was a spiderman toothbrush amongst the items JB turned over to LE last December.He got them with KC's permission from the A house.Couldn't CA be charged with interference for not turning over Caylee's toothbrush when LE had the warrant? I sure hope LE is building another Anthony case.

Not odd IMO BC has injected himself in the defense of Casey from day one. The only odd thing is he is the only lawyer for the A's that has tried to help the A's create reason doubt which by the way he is failing bigtime. I just dont get how some of these people can sleep at night.

Im a new poster here, Im from Scotland and wasnt aware of this tragic childs life until a few months ago. I have spent many a day and night catching up and reading hundreds of threads and posts regarding this sorry state of affairs. I have never in my life heard or read anything so blatently outrageous in my life.

What sparked my utter disbelief today was the claim that the hair on the duct tape found on Caylee didnt match her or her mother im I reading this right or do my eyes deceive me?

Agggg! This is all about "them" not wanting people to think what they are thinking! We are not at trial yet...I just watched BC talking. It comes across like this to me:

"We don't like that the evidence and news reports are talking about this case, we want "people"(?) to give Casey a chance!? This really IS about the "bloggers" for Cindy! Really. What people are thinking and saying is driving her crazy. It did not drive her crazy that her granddaughter was missing for a month, off with her irresponsible daughter...but what "people" are saying is bothering her? What is up with this lawyer? How do you go on national television and say "people need to give Casey a chance?" What chance? Who are we?

If there was no such thing as the internet we all would be talking about this over the water cooler and Cindy would not know what people thought. We would still know what she thought because she has gone on national tv!

We can say our opinions all day long and that does not affect the trial, yes? And, they HAVE to find a jury that does not know about the case. Where I live, no body is talking about this case. There are thousands of people who wouldn't know what you are talking about. They have not carried this case on our news. If you know about the case you might have caught some of Cindy's tv appearances, to know she was going to be on...or you are just a regular person watching tv and you only get the info that is on the tv, which still makes Casey look guilty: which is what seems to be bothering Cindy.

What does BC have to do with Casey's case? Are there no rules to being a lawyer?

What is this? I never, ever, knew this type of thing could be done. I am naive no more. I want to know why this is making me so mad. I have said, "that's it, I'm done" sooooo many times...

Casey is innocent. Can't you people see that? Why do we have an innocent girl sitting in jail, when we need to be looking for her missing daughter? Can we bring charges up on the State? How can they hold Casey, with the DP over her head, when there is evidence that she did not commit this crime?

I hope Casey gets free. I hope the Anthony's get all the money they could ever want. I hope they get just what they want.

None of it is eye-popping, and certainly his claims don't implicate a different suspect.

So in a nutshell, BC's big press conference releasing 1000 pages was just him "re-releasing" the 1000 pages that were released yesterday??? They are the SAME documents??? (Haven't even been able to read all yesterdays yet!)

So the emails that I just read of the 18 or so pages are in yesterday's dump as well???

Sorry if this is redundant...just trying to catch up!!!

He just released 19 pages, not the 1000 as promised. And those 19 pages might be stuff that has all ready been released. THAT is what we are trying to determin.

All a well timed ploy to detract from yesterday's release of evidence...I couldn't even sit through Brad's press conference, I made it to about the two minute mark. These "characters" are pathetic and so morally bankrupt it makes my stomach turn. Oh just throw them all in jail.
