I work in the legal field and no BC shouldnt be releasing any information that could slander someone or else he is opening himself up for a lawsuit. It is NOT his responsibility to release any information that pertains to the criminal case against Casey. My guess is JB is in the middle of it and cant do it himself so he is using BC to do the dirty work for him. BC be careful, you are an attorney and know better.

Thanks!! So if BC, on behalf of his clients the Anthonys, releases info that could slander someone, would he be opening just himself up for a lawsuit, or the Anthonys as well since he would be acting on their behalf???

Ya know what I don't get...truly...how it is ok to lie in Court. Everyone does it. I've been to Court recently and have seen it with my very own eyes. It's like it's a "given"...but I still don't get it!!

My sister, who is a court interpreter, always said that there is a finite number of lies: "I had two beers," "I stole the truck because my grandmother died, and I was upset," "she hit me first."

Since we have met the As, I have tossed my sister's theory.

She's not psychotic. She likely has a borderline personality disorder, MHO.

In fact, CA acts just like my prosperous, lawyer father did.

Or, as a lawyer once said (speaking of legal insanity), "She's not crazy, but she's nuts."

I haven't read all of the docs, but is there anything that may put CA &/or GA in a possible contempt of court??? Not that they haven't been riding on the edge of that one for a long time.:furious:

When will someone in this family from any side stand up for Caylee??? Even distant relatives haven't stood up for her yet! Maybe they are too afraid of the wrath of CA??? I'm hoping come the trial that there will be someone from Caylee's realitives close or distant that comes to sit on the side of the prosecution. :crossfingers: There has got to be someone in the family that is for justice for Caylee! I have my hopes no matter what until the trial that there is someone!

If someone has spotted anything in the docs from today, could you post what it is that may have set BC off into the defense for KC? TIA

Is this the part where we are going to be led to believe that KC is, in fact, "mother of the year" and she has been sacrificing herself, used herself as bait for Zenaida to show herself when she was out on bail, and OMG, the poor thing has been in the slammer all this time because she is SUCH a great mother...her little girl is gone, she is in jail to protect herself and her family, and sacrifices all the leisures of life...i.e her mac n cheese, brownies, and of course, most importantly, her vanity.....All in the name of Justice?? Never in my life have I seen such a circus of a case. I wonder with all the antics this family is pulling if Caylee will ever get the justice she deserves. And frankly I don't think her family cares if she ever does.

They, each and every one of them care only for themselves, their own feelings and how the world effects them. The only emotion they know how to express, how to let themselves feel is anger. Everything is morphed into anger.. So long as there is someone to hate, someone to blame, someone to get back at- the sadness and every other true emotion stays buried below. So they need to feed that hatred in order to stay "stong", to "get through this". Like the old saying "lever let 'em see you cry"- it's what they LIVE by! .. That and "it wasn't me!"

IMO!
