21:04-26:01 CA said that the way Yuri treated her yesterday that she doesn't have anything to say to him. She ordered an Ice tea with lemon no sugar and Irwin ordered food. Still a lot of background noise. CA continued on with the way the system has worked against KC that she told GA that he and I do not have to take a polygraph and that she's not going to. Then her friend Jim who was at their house with the silver hair is ex LE and ex military and he overheard her conversation with Yuri and he came outside to make sure that CA was alright. She said she wasn't yelling or anything but there sole purpose was to 1. CA can't let them in her home when KC is there unless they have a warrant. 2. If JA wants to talk to GA & CA they can meet at the Sheriff's office or at their house like today when KC is at her attorney's office. Irwin then states that concerning the polygraphs we have someone from the FBI to do it and it is not just for GA, LA and CA. CA is saying I Know, I know while Irwin is talking. Irwin says all I ask and weather you do it or not is a personal decision that you guys make but don't get caught up in any spitefulness. CA says I understand that but do you know what this is about. The system and how it works and it hasn't worked so far. CA continues I have always believed in the system. I do not believe in it now. The judges don't believe (and I couldn't understand what she said)Someone passing judgment without any proof. Taking advantage of someone that is (missing word) and thats how its been. Irwin says Whatever words they used last night concerning your status, no one in our office is considering you, LA, or GA suspects. We never talked in any way, shape or form of you having any knowledge of what happened to Caylee. I am not sure ( then CA interrupts) saying I'm not sure of the purpose of it to tell you the truth. When asked questions about KC I am not going to answer questions about KC. Umm you know not right now. I told JA the other day, I would still have called 911 but I would have had someone with KC to be with her. Do you notice not one screaming fit about her missing granddaughter. Forget about going out to eat, talk to me while we are out looking for Caylee. Not one tear shed for missing Caylee only saying what the A family will not do to help LE find their missing granddaughter. Just appalling.

26:01-31:46 Irwin said KC has every opportunity then CA said when she read the transcripts KC did not know what Yuri was talking about. CA also states that KC had plenty of opportunity to run with her friends leaving the states all she would have had to say is hey can I go with you. (this was before CA was aware that KC was supposed to go with RM, AH ect to PR) CA continues you know, bottom line from day one it hasn't been all about Caylee. It hasn't been about Caylee in the media, or with LE, yea I appreciate last weeks statement about (background noise not able to hear what she said) Then CA in a ****ty tone said well 6 weeks is a little late on that end of it. Irwin then says that is not fair, that we have always taken a stance that if we have confirmation of any kind on Caylee's status, were not taking the position that she is not alive. What you see and hear in the news has not always been right when about you , LA or GA and it has not always been right about LE and they can cut and paste to make a good story for the day. Irwin continues to say I wouldn't be working with the missing persons division, FDLE and going crazy if we didn't think that there is a possibility and you have got to accept that. Again CA whines, I know, I know FDLE has been there. Irwin continues FDLE was called in by Orange County when we couldn't keep up with all of the tips. We have been communicating with FDLE when the dogs hit in your backyard. The FBI too. We have been in communication with everyone right out of the gate. Then CA chimes in the dog thing was the 17th or the 18th. More background noise hard to hear. Irwin says we have been reaching out to these people. CA then says Yuri & JA came to our house last Tues with 2 pictures of little girls. One image was not clear and that was last Tues. I asked about the status of that picture last night and Yuri told me they are still in the process of trying to make that picture look better. She then asks how long does that take to make a picture look better. Irwin tells her I'm not sure what that means. I have probably seen the picture but I don't know. Then CA says well you know that's the kind of thing I don't know about. Are people really checking this out. That I said I would think with today's technology today it wouldn't take a week to enhance that picture. Irwin then says, I am not sure what he is doing with that picture but I can tell you we use people like Universal Studios or NASA to enhance pictures from time to time. I am not sure if these arraignments that have been made or not, I really don't know but I will find out for you. ( Hey CA since KC has been a long term employee at Universal why don't you have her call her boss to see if she can find out the status. Ha Ha) CA then says little things like that is really what bothers me. I asked the girls on Friday to check on something and I got a call back from Tonya saying there working on it and I haven't heard from them again. WTH Caylee is missing ask your daughter where she is, I don't care what JB told you. You have never followed instructions before. She kills me with her conversational skills.

I know whatcha mean...I haven't listened either and was wondering if I need to mix up a batch of margaritas first...way after the kids have gone to be of course. You know, one of those late night, nothing on TV worth watching, so I'll just sit here. get a lil tipsy, and listen to CA's bassackwards squawking.

There is no smoking gun interview. It just shows how CA is all about me, me, me and trying to protect her daughter and throw LE under the bus. I have never heard somebody complain about the very people who are trying to help find your missing granddaughter. I dealt with LE due to myself being kidnapped and raped, I can assure you that LE doesn't jump at your every command. However, the man who did this to me was caught and brought to justice. It is very obvious that CA does not want justice for Caylee. I would put this on the back burner. Her voice to me is like fingernails on a chalk board.

I'm loading this audio and reading your posts while I wait. It is obvious the collective hasn't the strength to endure a Cindy-chat. I'll go in and see what I can make of it too. If I were to be a bettor, I'd say if Cindy was to get to the real points, this 1.5 hour audio would only take 10 minutes.

Next five minutes...CA doesn't' trust Yuri. She read through the questions that Yuri asked KC in JB's office and she is appalled. Yuri is telling KC scenarios and she is supposed to answer. Since the beginning of the case KC told her mom that Yuri won't listen to what she says. CA admitted that KC may have told some lies but Yuri cuts KC off when she wants to tell them the truth. CA is worried why an Amber alert was not issued and blames Yuri and JA for that not happening. Even though the case did not meet the criteria, CA feels that Yuri and JA did this on purpose because they have a preconceived notion that KC is guilty. Then Irwin tells her that he went over the criteria and indeed this case did not meet it. CA blows that off and then goes into how Yuri and JA already new that they were going to arrest KC because they told GA that this would be the last time he sees her at home. Then she tells Irwin that KC hasn't had a fair shake because of Yuri and JA. They are out to get KC not because of evidence but for the fact they have a pre conceived notion of her guilt. I can only listen to the babble in short intervals. She is amazing, I have never met a person who can talk like this.

BBM, and KC said this same thing to LE in a surrepticious recording. KC also tells GA to stop being like a cop and start being her dad.....That also sounds like something CA would say. Boy, KC is just a little parrot of her mother.

I'm out. Cindy cannot hold a real conversation. It's impossible. She can't successfully ask a question, wait for an answer, process the answer and respond. I made it 55 minutes.

I made it 28 minutes and wanted to rip my hair out. But I made it through the end. CA says the SAME things over and over and over. Waaaa Waaa Waaa Boo Hoo Mean old Yuri and LE. They're just picking on KC. She never had a chance. It was all a set up KC scenario. No one has looked for KC. LE ONLY believes KC did it and end of story.
There's the entire synopsis in a nut shell. Seriously!
