Audio of meeting-Commander Irwin and Cindy

Ya know, IMO- if anyone is still asking how Casey ended up the way she is.. they are blind and deaf!

A confession -- I am addicted to listening to Cindy Anthony. Maybe it's because I'm a NASCAR fan, who likes to watch cars go round and round and round and round and round and round until they wreck.

I *still* listen to Cindy's deposition. My favorite part is when she sez 'you're not gonna put this mic on me!' and then she comes back, all surly and sad, wearing the mic.

I cannot help myself. I can't stop watching / listening to her shooting herself in the foot. I'm surprised she has feet left.

Blaise (And while I'm confessing my deepest, darkest secrets? I like her hair.)

You are too cute! :blowkiss:

Am listening to it now. LE says common sense went out the window a long time ago and CA says "I am a very logical person." I can't believe what I am hearing.

CA goes on and on and on and on and on........poor LE and the ladies at the tip line.

Every single time anyone says anything to her, she cuts them off with an "I know." How unbelievably rude that is. The timing and cadence and context make it sound like she is saying "yeah, yeah, yeah, don't care what you have to say, let's get back to what I was saying."
She never thoughtfully acknowledges what the Commander was saying, and for that matter she does not thoughtfully debate him either. Her "I know"s are patronizing.

Jayla, you got it exactly right. Those "I know, I know"s. Her entire 'lunch' with Matt was spent lecturing him and trying to manipulate him into believing that poor Cindy was being bullied by Yuri and John. It didn't work, though. He saw right through her, as the other two already had.

31:46-38:18 I am trying to finish this if it kills me. CA starts with local authorities in California are checking a tip and she can't believe that it has taken 2 weeks for someone from OCSD to look into it. She continues that tips are coming in from all over the place like TX and Los Angeles and CA feels that LE has been derelict with there duty by waiting 10 days to follow up on a tip of a missing child. She continues with even though the FBI and the local LE where these tips originate are checking, OCSD should also check them before 10 days. Irwin then states that he can't control the FBI. Then CA interrupts him with her perception. Irwin continues that OCSD doesn't control perception and that they have been prodding the FBI and FDLE about what they have learned with some degree of success. It doesn't mean they are not working on it or they don't have anything it is just that he (Irwin) can't get his hands on it. A lot of what they have we are trying to work on. The OCSD has been working every day. We have covered over 2200 tips. CA chimes in I know that. Irwin says we have people running crazy around here. CA says I know that you guys here but how do I know what they are doing on the other end. Are they doing follow up or whatever. Irwins states that you just have to trust that it is getting done, they are professionals and you are just going to have to accept that. I know it is hard for you to accept then CA interjects I am putting my faith in the same people that are saying that I am a liar, that I didn't you Know, it kind of hard to put my faith in 100%. Then Irwin says, You know what Cindy since the day that I was over at your house and we talked, and I saw the conversation of "I called you, no you didn't call us back, what phone number did you use" that whole interaction of you, Yuri, JA and George and all involved. The big issues don't seem to be a problem we are getting hung up on little things that in the scheme of things aren't going to be all that Then CA interrupts him in mid sentence. CA says I am talking about trust and having a working relationship with someone. CA continues I told you that when I lost trust with Yuri si when he tried to beat me up over giving him my fathers information.CA continues with an indignant tone that I have never gotten an apology. I have never gotten an apology from him. But I did get one from John. Then Irwin says it is obvious that the relationship with you and Yuri has kind of fallen off the way. We still have a responsibility and we still have to ask difficult questions and difficult things as they come about. Then CA says something that I can not hear because of background noise. The Irwin state that is true too. He continues I don't think JA, Yuri and Nick intend to create some kind of issues for you guys. If you have decided that they can't come to your house or you won't let them in your house then I don't know if they knew that yesterday when they came over. CA then says something about they can not have access to our stuff but the background noise was to loud then she says something as important as that. I thought our stuff was pretty important and they wouldn't talk about it. Then Irwin states Legally Cindy we can't talk to KC without JB there. There intention was not to talk to KC period. Then CA blah blah my house isn't very big, you've been to it you know. Yuri was talking to KC about then she goes on that her house is not the place. More loud background noise. CA then goes on that if she knew anything how could she tell anyone with KC in the house cause you can here everything in every room of the house. Then she gets a ****ty attitude again and says I mean come on , they are supposed to be smart enough to figure that out and Irwin says, I understand the she babbles some more and Irwin says I understand. CA asks Irwin-Do you know what I am saying here. Irwin says I understand what you are saying, but common sense went out the window with this a long time ago and CA finishes that comment. I think CA was trying to imply that Yuri was trying to talk to KC without JB present. She speaks in tongues.

If you remember from Mr. Melich's questioning of KC at Universal, he kept asking her to tell him what happened to Caylee. She kept lying and telling him that she didn't know what happened to Caylee. He was blunt and direct with her, but IMO wasn't mean or nasty to her. HE DID, if you remember, BLUNTLY tell her what he thought had happened to Caylee... (I can't even type it here) but it was exactly in the end what had happened to her (although he had no way of actually knowing it at the time). God rest that sweet child's soul. He wasn't trying to make KC say anything. If you go back and listen to the original interview, you will know what I mean. KC just sat there and said "mm mm... mm mm." No guilt, no remorse.

CA should be ashamed of herself. I hope she listens to this interview of herself and realizes what kind of idiot she sounds like. I couldn't listen to all of it. Too ridiculous for me to sit through.

I can't stomach the recording either but one thing has struck me.....

CA could NOT stand Yuri because Yuri hit spot on the day KC took them on that "field trip". Yuri had her number that day and still has it! Yuri is the only one brave enough to speak the truth!

I have always wondered why the questioning of KC and the "field trip" was allowed to happen....why they didn't get a lawyer immediately. This makes me wonder if the A's really didn't believe KC did it at first.

You are a treasure, Sdavidson11 ~ Thanks for all your time and effort!

* She talks about losing trust in YM & JA etal because of the seemingly insignificant slights.............well I kept waiting for the commander to say when YM & JA lost trust in HER for major inconsistencies. This woman is just not grounded in reality!

* I believe I have found the secret to why she doesn't learn (pick things up) as quickly as most people do.............and that is because she just simply does not listen (and if ya ain't listenin ya ain't learnin) - she is unconcerned about any position other than her own - she would do well to defer to the professionals who are way further down the road than she is.

* The patience of JOB is required to deal with this person - why are people so reluctant to tell her what an 🤬🤬* she is and why? They gain nothing by just sighing and letting her go on and on - so why let her? If she could reason she would have figured out a lot faster what happened - so why try to reason with her?

* Same with Casey - who is she to order her Father out of the house? And who is Casey to order LP out of the house - why not just say ok you want me out then I want you back behind bars - which will it be?.......simple as that.

Muzikman.........Thank You!

Reminds me of that old joke: "Well enough about me - now lets talk about you...........so tell me What do you think about ME?" :)

respectfully snipped for space and BBM

I think it's Cindy who's liquored up. She always sounds so out of it.

I better stop before I get a time out.

I agree, especially the 1st several minutes, she clearly has booze or happy pills on board.:bang: JMO

Toward the very end CA goes out of her way to say "I'm keeping Casey off the home computer"............says it twice. Direct contradiction to Tracey's comments that she was on the computer all the time..............hmmmm

I was listening the the KC interviews at Universal the other day and she mentioned a "Zip drive" as well and that really struck me as odd. Admittedly, I'm a pretty big nerd, but I don't know anyone who uses Zip drives anymore except in some rare cases of people handling tons of video media. So, when KC and CA are talking about "Zip drives" they *are* talking about thumb stick drives?

I know that's probably a minor thing but it was driving me crazy.

ETA: Cindy thinks what Casey's charged with doesn't warrant a half a million dollar bond? Jeez Louise. I'm ~13 minutes in and holding on.. for now. She says she's so forthcoming and "let them into my house". Um, lady, they had search warrants, they didn't need you to *let* them do anything.

I'm ten minutes in, and CA hasn't inhaled, yet.

It's one long sentence, this verbal regurgitation. Lots of commas.

She says Yuri "isn't under stress." HA! Yep! Homicide detective. Least stressful, softest, easiest job in the world.

CA's berating Yuri for expecting the As to remember "every little thing."

She also says, "Yuri never lets KC answer."

CA's whining about no Amber Alert. HUH? An Amber Alert after 30 days?

Now, LE has it in for KC, and "Never looked at anyone else." "KC hasn't had a fair shake." "The focus has been on KC from Day One, and that's why my whole focus is on Caylee." (huh?) "500,000 is too much for what she's been charged with."

LE hasn't been able to get a word in, yet. CA still in verbal diarrhea mode.

She still hasn't inhaled.

Can't hear over the traffic, now. Jumbled noise now.

She wants a change of investigator. "Even John's getting a little harsh." "I'm asking for some justice."

I bet the poor guy's eyes are crossing and glazing.

He's trying to explain that there are other practicalities than looking out for KC. He's also explaining that it's not personal, and it's not about her.

She says she's been cooperative since day one, but she's no longer comfortable around Yuri. She's threatening to stop cooperating.

Sounds like they are in a restaurant-- thet's why there is so much noise.

She's always believed in the system, but she's lost her belief. She feels that the As are being treated like suspects.

KV "had plenty of opportunity to run," but didn't.

"From day one it hasn't been about Caylee."

This babe projects a LOT.

Gotta take a break. He's trying to explain process to her, and she isn't listening.

I have been reading this thread and thank everyone who has taken the time to decipher this for us. I have watched every single interview, police and media, of Cindy (the interviews of all of them)...ALL of them, and for the life of me can not even click play on this one. I suspected the time would come when I could no longer hear her dribble the same nonsense over and over, that time is now. If I suspected that she had said something different I might be able to stomach it, but this sounds like the same old record she's been playing since the beginning.

Believe it or not when I first heard some of her interviews in the beginning I thought she would see herself on TV and realize how crazy she sounded, I was wrong about that. Seems like whatever she's got doesn't go away.

I like your honesty. I too was an addict in watching every interview that was put out, but can honestly say there's hope. One day you will wake up and find that you can stomach no more of it. But all is not lost because there are good people on here that will transcribe the just of her interviews for us who can no longer engage in this self destruction. :)

BTW-- I don't think I can put a zip drive on a key chain. A flash drive/memory stick, yes.

OK, now, she's whining about the length of time it's taking to enhance a photo.

He doesn't know what photo that might be, but explained that LE uses Universal or NASA, sometimes. They are talking about the FBI, it seems, and he's explaining that he doesn't control the FBI.

He's trying to explain that they are working Caylee's case every day. She's not hearing him. He's telling her that getting caught up on little things isn't productive.

She says she "Never got an apology from Yuri."

He is explaining that they have to ask questions and discuss difficult things.

She says she won't let Yuri in the house.

I'm missing pieces of this because of the noise.

She says she's going through a lot, and she's trying to keep level, and it's so hard.

Can't distinguish, too much noise.

He's saying Linda (?) is talking about a plea deal. He's advised her that KC should really consider that before they find "anything." Because "right now we think there's been an accident." He's cautioning her that delay may be legally costly to KC.

CA says she has to go through some discovery. Then, she went back to complaining about Yuri and John.

He's letting CA know that JB might want to consider letting KC talk. Sounds like she's blowing him off, but there's a lot of noise.

She says, "What KC says is true. The players are there, we're just not looking in the right spots."

He's trying to redirect CA to the practicalities, and she just drifts off somewhere else.

She's talking about TES. She;s talking about sharing tips between OCSD and TES. Sounds like he's trying to get back to work, but she's still verbalizing.

He's explaining NCII to her. But, telling her that there isn't anything that will go out to every cop individually.

Sounds like she's trying to get him to set a search up with TES.

She's talking about getting donations and following up on all the tips, Organizing tips by zip code and then prioritizing. Then, a team should get out to that zip code and circulate flyers.

She's complaining that tips wait a week. He contradicted her.

< I'll bet he'd KILL for a sock and some duct tape. >

She's back to her "taking a week, when we could have got an alert out." And, "instead of waiting a week for whatever NASA is doing?"

He's sort of trying to get through to her that they are doing their jobs, and really know better than she does. But, she's talking over him.

My question: Did CA personally go to every zip code where there was a "sighting" and hand out "alerts."

She's telling him how to do his job.

I think he's breaking away, now.

OPPS! I was wrong! They are getting into a car.

She wants her laptop back. She' talking about having to have only one phone line because of in-home restrictions on KC.

Now she's talking about having six crazy calls a day, and her tip calls. Some rambling talk about one particular tip and some guy's girlfriend's apartment. There was a little girl named "Caylee." She's not sure anyone is following up. She offered the guy her PI's #.

>>>Hello, CA! "Kaylee" is an extremely common name, these days. (under a few different spellings)<<<

She says the guy found some airplane tickets in the garbage. She DOES sound drunk.

He's being SO nice and SO attentive! Guy is a SAINT!

They are out of the car and walking someplace. She's still talking. He dropped her off to wait for somebody, (LE?)
