Sdavidson, hope you don't mind I copied this one sentence from your wonderful transcript of the "interview"...
BBM
"GA is still very emotional. He has not been able to come to grip with everything that has happened.. He is still in shock. Lee and I are in reality and we have to try to move forward."
I think this means that George is not buying Casey's BS, but that Cindy and Lee have and are able to carry on. Also I believe she is saying that George will not be able to carry on until he buys his daughter's unbelievable story just as she and Lee have done.
I just replied on another thread, but my comment is the same. They ALL knew.No sense of urgency or panic. No thoughts or cries of what might be happening to Caylee, because they know she's gone. They are home cooking dinner for LP's crew and having t shirts made.If this has been asked/answered already my apologies but i have to do it quick 'cause I can't stand listening to much more of CA. I think this interview was when Tracy or someone outside the family was staying at the house.
Ok my question is why is Cindy meeting with the COMMANDER? Did she throw a fit and demand a meeting with the person in charge of all Investigators?
Geez!
She's whining and moaning and groaning and...:boohoo:
Not once did her voice crack w/ emotion when her grandaughters' name was mentioned-probably because she didn't mention how much she missed Caylee.
She didn't ask Irwin what she could do to find Caylee because she's scared that Caylee's hurt or injured. There's no emotion from her as a scared grandmother! There's no sense of panic and the tearful "what's happened to my grandaughter!"
She doesn't ask Irwin these questions, because she KNOWS what's happened to Caylee, and her mind now is focused on 'Damage Control'-saving her daughter, because she can't save her grandaughter.
To me this conversation sounds like a formal business lunch discussing employee problems. It does not sound like a distraught grandmother desperately trying to find her grandaughter!!
Ok-rant's over
(BTW, it's hard to understand CA at times-she made sure she chewed her food completely)
Brini I finally came to that part of the convey. I get so caught up in the Blah Blah 47:05-52:40 Irwin starts, I wonder before I forget. I don't want to get into what Jose says or does but so you know JA, myself and the prosecute went to JOB office a couple of weeks ago to talk to him. She made him not an offer but made some limited use of immunity for KC and I wanted to let you know that she sent him an e-mail yesterday basically saying we need to come to a decision by Thurday. I just wanted to let you know that so you can help decide what to do. CA said that I am not aware of that. Irwin then says, from my point of view by overseeing or managing this doesn't give me the opportunity to know all the details. You know every little detail but from a practical stand point that if something happened and KC is just afraid, it would definitely be to her benefit to get on the right side of the curb on this thing before we find something more then she can start explaining. That is what we talked to JB about. If something happened and she is panicking or just afraid to say. Right now everyone believes that there was an accident that may have occurred. If you take that something bad has happened to Caylee everybody accepts that it was probably an accident. Weather it was your pool or whatever circumstance that you can imagine. But if you wait until we find Caylee to come up with a reason of how it happened. That is not going to look very good on her part. And were just trying to talk to JB about it and Linda laid some ground rules an I guess JB hasn't replied. So that is why she sent this e-mail. CA said I plan on spending half the day with him tomorrow. I may go see him today cause I want to look at some discovery stuff to check in with him. Irwin says, well Cindy this is a miserable situation that you are in and it doesn't always look like we appreciate that but I can tell you that everybody appreciated that your between a rock and a hard place doesn't even come close to even defining it. It's just a miserable situation. CA says, Well I don't, I don't still think ( there is background noise and CA is talking very slow and almost confused sounding) If it was an accident that she that she saw. That an accident that happened KC would not cover it up. There is no reason to cover it up. An KC would be the first one to cry out for help when Caylee skinned her knee BLah, BLah( those were CA's Blah's) Irwin then says, People respond to things differently and out of character Lot of times. My experience has been sex crimes. I came through detective and supervisor of the sex crimes squad and I've seen people who were the most upstanding people in the world molesting little kids or doing god awful, horrible things that you would never ever CA--Right Irwin- What I am getting at is we see families who should be upset and wanting to kill hate guy, hand him from the highest tree. They respond when the pressure is on you just never really know how they will respond and that is what I would ask you to keep and open mind about stuff. CA says, that is what I asked her, watching what she has put us through and her sitting in jail for so long (background noise, I think this is what she is saying) and putting us through this for so long and if I thought she was covering up for someone else. I don't know. I can't see. Irwin says here is the thing though, here is what I was thinking I don't look at it that she might be covering it up. Although that is possible. We arrested her, she was sitting in jail and she got an attorney. JB is doing hes job. I think very clearly he is doing his job and part of his job is to keep her from talking. Whatever she says will be used against her later so if she panicked initially, found herself in the jail and now she can't under his direction can't explain it away now because of the fear of legal ramifications if she does and thais if it looks like its so. You may want to have the conversation with JB how can we resolve this before she gets into a bind wher now people will think that she is being proactive and is going to dump something.

LOL she is trying to get Yuri in trouble with his boss...God how pathetic...omg I just cannot believe this woman. She is looking to make allies, and trying to make this wonderful detective look BAD...Sorry Cindy, he is doing his job, and he does it well.
Ok, bear with me...
I've survived the 50 minute mark and I had to stop for a sec 'cause I think I'm hearin' things.
I can only understand intermittent parts of a sentence, and please, if I'm wrong let me know, but here's something CA says (bolded) that caught my attention:
at 49:30
"I, I don't, I don't, still don't think..."
at 49:47
"that if it was an accident that she would, that she saw..."
at 49:52
"...then that was an accident...sat on her and her...KC would cover it up, 'cause there's no reason to cover up an accident."
My 1st thought is why is she even discussing the "what-if's" of an accident?
Someone please give me somethin' strong to drink-quick!
I like your honesty. I too was an addict in watching every interview that was put out, but can honestly say there's hope. One day you will wake up and find that you can stomach no more of it. But all is not lost because there are good people on here that will transcribe the just of her interviews for us who can no longer engage in this self destruction.![]()
This is just a little thing, and maybe it's just me, but it drives me CRAZY the way she refers to these men by their first names, as though they were all good friends or co-workers or something. Not like a grandmother of a missing child who should be happy to answer any questions that Detective Melich and Detective Allen may ask her, as well as FBI Agent Savage! It's just "Blah, blah, blah, Yuri this. Blah, blah, blah, John that! Blah, blah, blah, Nick ought to be doing..." She is questioning his interview tactics! Unbelievable!

OK - I'm on my tenth beer, and can barely stand to read what the brave souls are listening to, let alone try and listen to the carp spewed by this woman. THANK YOU all of you BRAVE people! Off to get my 11th...Maybe I can listen then. Sorry, just not enough, even after the 11th...
It is my mission to finish listening and transcribing this today. I think I have less that 30 minutes to listen to. They are just getting the to go cups of iced tea. So far Cindy has not broken down once about Caylee being missing. I just have to say, I was unfortuate enough to have to have meetings with higher ups at the Sherriff's Dept. when they were trying to find the perp that escaped from prison, broke into my house kidnapped and raped me and the most horrible part is that he shot my dog in the head (a little Llasa Apso) and stole our car. I can say from experience 1 month after all of this happened I still cried while discussing the crime and the loss of my dog, Buffy. It has now been almost 20 years since that happened and still can bring tears to my eyes over the loss of my dog. It was before I had children and he was a part of our family. CA's granddaughter was missing and she never even choked up over that fact. I know that everyone handles things differently, but not one tear for sweet Caylee. I will continue to listen sorry for my rant!!

Wait til you're liquored up. Even my co-workers were getting irritated and they have no idea who she is.
Last night I was listening to her interview with Yuri (because I'm sick like that) and the minute he called her out on her inconsistencies, she played the "I'm a grieving grandma" card. Grieving about what? Caylee was supposedly alive in Aug '08. I think Yuri tried to be very gracious to her during those interviews, considering who he was dealing with. I would've throttled some sense into her. That's why he's a lead investigator in a high profile case, and I'm not
Today I'm getting 2 wisdom teeth pulled out. Can I take anymore pain than that, and listen to her interview later? Probably, but should I? I saved it on my flash drive for later. Like I said, the co-workers made me turn it off. What does that tell you? hah
After having his ears assaulted for over an hour, Irwin may be considering giving Yuri a MEDAL!
