Oh and lets not forget there were 3 trailers at the Deer Camp, but when it was sold almost a year to the date of TH going missing, it was sold with only 2 trailers. Oh, and the fact that Radandt filed B/K in 2014. Did Radandt dislike the Averys and want to buy Avery land like Jaddie suggested, so very long ago??

Had the first Varsity football game of the night last night and now 4 football scrimmages for the younger guy today. I can try to help later if I decide to not go to the damn football party. Football is like a religion in this town....lol

I hear ya... see my avatar. ;)

does KZ have access to TH diary? What was said about it?? something to protect TH somehow??

There was some mention about TH being involved with possibly other people in an intimate way. Namely a Brad C. She had taken some intimate pictures of Brad C and his wife, which were said to be very classy, but then they got divorced and TH and BC are said to have gotten together.

We don't know if KZ has the diary or what was contained in it. The diary was taken into evidence, I would assume KZ and her team has had access to it.

I'd like to know how reliable the radiocarbon testing is down to a single year. Or is it more like a 10 span that reaches a very reliable factor? That may be enough for this case.

If we were talking the difference of one or two years, more specific proof might be necessary but in this case the time span between the two investigations is significant enough that available testing will probably be specific enough.

What this case needs now is an honest unbiased judge, and maybe a forensics lab tech that plays by the rules. My fingers are crossed for both.

Just a FYI~~the R's like PB and her family are upstanding members of the community. Certainly would have the backing of and be friends with members of LE as such. Kind of rubbing shoulders, IYKWIM

Here is what i need to know...didn't JR say he was meeting with one of his employees for a shift change or something like that???

RADANDT informed Inv. STEIER on Monday shortly after 4:30 p.m., RADANDT was driving
to his deer camp through his quarry where he observed a large fire on the STEVEN AVERY
property located by the red house. RADANDT indicates he remembers it being right after 4:30
because he had had an employee that had just come to work to take another employee's shift at
4:30 p.m. RADANDT indicated it was a parlly cloudy or partly sunny day and he had clear
visibility from his location while he was driving to his deer camp. RADANDT indicated he did
not observe any people standing next to the fire or any vehicles located on the AVERY properly.

The more I think about this, the more I wonder if KZ has been talking to RH:
1) She had his cell phone bill attached to the motion.
2) She claimed he deleted TH's voicemails.
3) She claimed he entered the scrapyard under a fake name (which?).
4) She said he stated falsely that TH had filed an insurance claim on the blinker.
5) She claimed law enforcement called him 22 times with a "no caller ID" number on his bill.
6) She had a copy of his hand-drawn map attached to the motion.

I am wondering the same thing zerbert. His cell phone bill was part of discovery though and she had it, but I'm not sure how she "knows" those 22 calls are from LE, it's also possible that it's in the discovery docs. Remember, we don't have the DCI investigative notes, which would be Fassbender and anyone else from DCI that was there.

There was a motion very early on in the case, and IIRC it had something to do with RH acting as an agent of the state, basically working with LE, and it is very possible that the defense had this information, but couldn't use it after that motion. I will have to see if I can find it, because I do remember reading it and godly Pam testified too, I think they were trying to say the RAV4 was found under suspicious circumstances and "they" sent Pam there to find it, because they had no legal reason to search the property at the time. IMO that is where it all seems so sketchy to me.... Pam showing up late..... Pam offering to go to the Salvage yard because no one else did (what??).... Pam finding it so quickly. Now I see all these calls from LE, that seem to end right around the time that Charles saw the lights that Friday night? Coincidence?

Sorry, I'm rambling haha

Oh and the map.... I think that might be Radant's map that was drawn? showing how he could see the fire? uggh I am going to have to read it all again LOL

I'm on board with you and Missy. I think she went for the closest suspect (we all know its either love, money or revenge). I think she grilled him, he caved and is cooperating.

I don't even understand how RH came to play such a pivotal role? I mean, not her best girlfriend? Not her roommate? Was it just because he was friends with her brother? It just seems very odd to me, that her ex boyfriend had such play in the investigation.

l am afraid to get my hopes up too high just yet so I am not ready to believe someone is cooperating. What I think could be happening is Avery is talking, as he has been doing all along, but now someone is actually listening.

I thought he was undercover cop .. it like the LE was listening to him & he called the shots.. having the ability to enter avery property along with LE just blows my mind!

Him or maybe Scott, the roommate, seem to be the only logical answers as to who is talking right now. In the motion, she seems quite confident that the RAV4 was moved, over confident lol

Unless it's a cop.... which is possible too. But which one?

Just went back to edit my post...LOL I know nothing about guns...LOL

Hubby found this website to answer my question to him...he says I need a new hobby...LOL

http://www.thehighroad.org/archive/index.php/t-291094.html

I did some googling while I was typing up my last post. I found some interesting studies on the "Deep Blue at the University of Michigan" site.

The study was done on femur bones (the strongest bones in the human body) with steel balls of .25 an inch diameter.

I was amazed. The bone was shattered and "completely separated the distal end from the shaft" at only 51.1 ft-lbs! The photograph makes me queezy just looking at it.

It also took less then 10 ft-lbs to put neat little round holes all the way through the bone. Anything less had a chance of getting stuck in the bone. But 10 ft-lbs is nothing.

The density of the bone had almost no effect either. They tested osteoporotic bones as well as normal ones.

This proves that a 22lr from any barrel has more then enough strength to pass through a femur and would not have any trouble passing through the weaker skull.

It seems that many people in this forum highly underestimate the power of their firearms.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Essentially it would need to pass through two bones though. Passing through the one side of the skull would have greatly reduced it's power. It's highly doubtful it would have had enough power to exit the other side (or second bone).
