Yep was able to log into the forum on my laptop 10 minutes ago...came back now all I get is the vBulletin message page also....very strange.

A full genetic profile will show conclusively if incest has occurred, so let's hope that we get to that point soon so that that possibility can be ruled in or out.

Closer view of the children's book

A detective is expected to address the media at the scene to provide more information on the investigation later this morning.

This morning police found a children's book and some coloured material along the highway near the settlement of Naturi.

Odd. So it looks like Naturi is maybe a couple of kilometres from Wynarka. Were these items tossed from a train, or by someone who went for a long walk? Naturi is referred to as a settlement.

Police stopping to tag an item of interest alongside the #Karoonda Highway.

The item on the side of the #Karoonda Highway is a children's book open to a page with the quote "Oh no, too late."

You'd be hard pressed to call Naturi a settlement. It appears there is a group of farm houses but nothing like a small town. I'd call it an 'area'. The book looks like it hasn't been there for long. We've had drizzly rain for what seems like months on end here in SA, and it appears to be a board book which would deteriorate pretty quickly in this weather. Interesting though.

Just adding book pics here:

Thanks Snoop Dog. I've rotated and enlarged the book for a closer view.

This looks like a small bedsheet with some type of embroidery on it. It looks like a rabbit. When I first saw it I thought it was a patch of blood.

This doesn't look like it's been out in the elements for very long. It still looks 'fresh' in that there are still creases in the fabric as though it has been laundered not too long ago.

The book looks a bit worse for wear but I still don't think it's been there for very long. I'm just hoping that someone isn't playing games and has planted these things there recently for whatever sick reason.

It's interesting that the police have now chosen to search that area again. I'm wondering if they have received a tip-off that people were seen in the area or perhaps the September 2014 street view of the suitcase reported to Crimestoppers has spurred the police to search again more thoroughly.

Why would did so many child items end up in the area, even if they were of a different time line?

What is that about this area that has so many tracks in the background of the road?

Did someone walk through town then, meet, get in a car there then ditch the case just prior?,
