Maybe the gag order has been lifted.... And it is all gonna come pouring out!

I was given this name by someone last week, but was unsure whether it was another chinese whisper! The same person also mentioned that there were suspicious tyre marks at the scout camp, that Allison met the other lady on the night and that the cars were actually caught on CCTV at the roundabout.

What is fact and what is fiction needs to be seen.... And I have a gut feeling things are going to move very quickly from here on.....

I think we'll be hearing a lot more after Allison's funeral.

I guess after that we'll find out whether some of the rumours were true or not. Will be interesting that's for sure.

Yep. On the top of this thread you will see Thread Tools and when you click on that a drop down menu will come up.

Hope my wording is simple enough so as to not confuse.

Thank you:please:

I have a feeling we will be watching this case as a three part mini series on channel nine within 18 months.

I can't understand why she finally decide to obtain legal representation after 3 interviews.
I don't think a police officer would have said "love you're in the shizz good and proper better get yourself a lawyer"

Cool - that means we can talk about it? :)

I'm pretty sure this is the dark-haired woman that TV reporters filmed and attempted to talk to going into BP senior's house. I'll dig up link in a bit, unless anyone else has it handy.
I've thought she was involved all along. But as she hadn't been named I didn't want to mention her name.

You guys can talk about TM but don't start digging up anything about her that doesn't relate to the case. No past records, where she lives, who she was married to or things of that nature. This is because she hasn't been named a Person of Interest.

Good sleuthing, BTW! :highfive:

Maybe QPS have checked out GBC's phone.........If it was an iphone it would have a tracking device on it, and reveal his movements. I think!

OF COURSE....didnt even think of that....

well that will do him in....big time....if he had it on him during all his running around that night....

I reckon that the cops are just waiting and watching him...they know he is not their usual bad time crim....he wont take out anyone else....just himself if they let him...so, they may be just playing it cool....making sure they got it all for eventual prosecution.

I bet the cops are telling GBC stuff like..."mate no idea who or how....we are getting no leads whatsoever...unfortunately' when in actual fact...they are closing in on him...preferring he will own up....

AND...there probably wasnt any canoiest...it was actually the tracking device on GBC phone that led them to the body....

Who "frantically" texts, esp regarding a missing partner? If you're frantic, you CALL.

The texts were a deliberate, calculated move to "prove" to police that he was "trying" to locate her.

Although it looks like the texts and phonecall/s were intended to help cover up the murder, they are more likely to support the police's case against him.

I suspect that GBC's phonecalls were limited to answering services & to the accomplice. I'm sure that the police have well and truly studied his phone records.

Despite hundreds of search hours logged by Oxley police academy recruits, police officers and SES volunteers across a 2km-radius in Brookfield and across Mt Crosby near where Mrs Baden-Clay's body was found, her mobile phone remains lost.

Police were able to track it to within a 150m radius at Brookfield, close to the family home, before the battery died.

Gah - yes that's the most specific I could come up with too. It could mean either, but you'd think if it was around the home they'd say "around", not "close to".

The "hot zone" is only ~1500m from the BC house, and it is 150m across, but I can't find an exact media reference. ( I wonder if i might have seen it on TV or print news that didn't make it to web?)

But there is a prev post here about it - [ame="http://websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7879798&postcount=145"]Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Found Deceased Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, 43, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #4[/ame]

Aw...but Mum!!!

Sigh... ok... :)

Are we the most troublesome bunch of noob-websleuths you've had? Seems like you've had to wrangle a massive influx of over-enthusiastic, rambunctious Aussies on this case. Makes herding cats look easy, lol.

I know I had previously stated I did not think the screams were related to this case, and this was because the area where the screams were comming from are off the main road and in an estate area (by the way I am local!). Whilst on a map this area and the GBC residence look quite near, the road access is very round about and not direct at all.

What I had not realised previously and has suddenly struck me is that the phone was triangulated to this same area. Again, not in the proximity of the GBC residence and not along any main road going anywhere.

Wonder whether TM lives in this hot zone. I know we are not supposed to sleuth where she lives....so will just have to wait and see!

I wonder if the police's releasing info about the possible accomplice is a strategy to stir things up - divide and conquer. The accomplice might confess to being an accessory after the fact, rather than a murderer. In confessing to the lesser crime, the accomplice would have to drop GBC in it.

Thanks. I know there definitely was reports on TV media the day Allisons body was found, where they said they had tracked it to within a 150m around Baden-Clay house and neighbouring properties and they showed the SES searching around the house area again. I know first reports were of the signal being triangulated to within 3 suburbs? But after the Announcement of finding a body(believed at the time to be Allison. since confirmed) they mentioned about the phone search being narrowed.

just found this from The Australian, refers to the phone search being narrowed..

"As the Kholo Creek crews worked, fresh search teams were sent to scour the gardens of the Baden-Clays' two nearest neighbours looking for Allison's mobile phone.

It is understood search crews were told the iPhone would be found in an area believed to be near the two neighbours and the Baden-Clay property itself."

hmm..told where to find the phone.. I took it this could mean by phone company, who could trace it. or 'Someone" gave them the info.

It's possible that this woman may be 'involved' in the situation, but not really involved if you know what I mean...it's very late.
If she was involved in some form of unsavoury relationship with GBC, maybe she did play a part in the argument that took place; and possibly even met or spoke with ABC that night...but maybe that was the extent of her involvement.
If GBC is accused of this, it could make a great defence for GBC (and his fancy pants lawyer), and create a real question as to whether it was him or 'the other woman'....

It kills me that Allison and her 3 girls are doing it tough while GBC is flinging around with a floosy, looking like the big man in the world.

When truly its probably Allison with all the smarts in that family and kept the business going - it seems to have gone pear shaped after the birth of the 3rd child just in terms of timing.

BTW the 3 girl is name after the M-in-law El from elaine and nora from M in law middle name.

Could the missing iPhone have been buried in a backyard of one of the properties that C21 have in their books? ... located in the triangulated area?

I don't think they have any current listings in this area

10.

The business partner - irrelevant
The mistress- irrelevant
The round about - assists with time frame of placing one or both cars
Her mobile phone - long gone
His mobile phone , car or cars and computer - full of circumstantial evidence
The trailer ball - cant believe this received so many posts - irrelevant

So what happened? Good old ding dong fight got outta control and he accidentally killed her. He panic...mind went to irrational mode and instead of calling an ambulance he disposed of the body and called the cops in the morning....

The above is all up for debate but that's my 2 sleuths worth!

The trailer Ball to me suggests that it MAY be the way in which he transported the body....

Some people are fussy about things that smell going in their car...especially if the likelyhood of their car is going to be scrutinized for fiber etc in the coming days....

Did he have a trailer? Who cares...maybe he used a trailer recently to get rid of old palms, overgrown weeds etc....

The ball usually has greese on it...and if ABC or GBC got grease on their suits it doesnt come off, a yellow suit is their work uniform...if it was me...the ball would be off...especially when I use the prado for work, kids are getting in and out....

Its just something I cant get out of my mind as being odd...even after a good nights sleep.
