"A street directory was marked with national parks where they intended to dump the body"
http://www.theaustralian.com.au/new...e/news-story/351ae2c752ca14caecb35de621b4cfb2

Makes you wonder what Police found when they searched the accused house, doesn't it?
But then if anything like tat turned up, I suppose people would of noticed large gatherings of police turning up in National Parks.

Vile people in that article. Paedophiles.

Hi, I have just registered after spending some time lurking quietly in the background. Some of the theories proposed on the whereabouts of Sarah Spiers and the issue of human trafficking are very interesting, well worth the consideration. It's great to see fresh ideas on what may have happened to her particularly as it appears there is nothing to tie the current accused CSK to her disappearance.

Hi Pandit.
Welcome!
And thanks [emoji4]

IC thanks
Yes I did read the article.
Yes it does comment about people being trafficked into Australia and not out of Australia. The cases of human trafficking INTO Australia are the ones that are probably easier to catch and apprehend.

BTW if you read my scenario correctly, my suggestion was SS was possibly forced into a boat near the Left Bank Hotel. And then transported out to a larger boat at sea. No need for customs or shipping containers in this scenario. Just taken and gone forever.

I never focused on shipping containers.

The shipping containers version of my scenario was another possibility of how to transport people out of Australia. This was labelled "JMO" and "IMO"- so NO need for web links.

As these scenario/s were lead ups to my suggestion for a topic to sleuth, I was not required to provide web links for backing.

You are welcome to ignore my suggestion and to continue rehashing old repetitive topics.

I was just attempting to stimulate some discussion on the thread with a new angle. I realise the topic human trafficking has been raised before, but I linked the human trafficking to the Claremont Ghost Video that many of us love to hate.

Someone knows what happened to SS. Whether it was an individual SK or an organised crime ring stealing pretty Aussie women for human trafficking. Who knows?

But I'm open to sleuthing all possibilities.

Apologies if I offended you (or others) with my out-of-the-box thinking, as that was not my intention.

I don't think it's disrespectful trying to still locate a missing person or help explain their disappearance 21 years later.

You post was the opposite to what the article you linked was saying. I found that misleading. Bill Gates spent time on the big boat initially moored at Bettys Jetty apparently, IMO.

http://www.smh.com.au/business/work...of-end-of-modern-slavery-20170824-gy33p0.html

Possibly was a crime ring involved, with the accused doing the dirty deeds. Also possibly there was a place SS and the other girls were held for a period of time. I would think a secret or locked hideaway room was possible. That has been discussed on ws or links to where it has been discussed are on ws. This did not involve trafficking of humans into slavery which IMO is disrespectful to SS family.

As SS body has not been discovered and very little other information for her. So, IMO the statement under oath that the disappearance of the girls involved in the CSK, (which includes SS), is not random and not linked just because they disappeared from Claremont is important. The other girls were not sold or exported overseas by a human trafficking for slavery ring, so IMO neither was SS.

I see no evidence that SS meets any of those requirements based on your link. Most of the smuggling happens to Australia.

"Australia is primarily a destination country for people trafficked from Asia, particularly Thailand, Korea, the Philippines and Malaysia."

The link is for signs that you can see with a person, like workplace and absences from school/work. There was no evidence of this pre her going missing and she seems to have come from a supportive family with her sister driving her to Club Bay View.

The only thing we have to go on is she went missing, no indication of anything else in your link.

The other girls were not sold or exported overseas by a human trafficking for slavery ring, so IMO neither was SS.

When you take into consideration

1. The number of known, suspected and likely killers of young women in Perth in the period before and after the Claremont abductions/killings

2. The risk that a unique suburban night spot like Claremont has in it's small size, easy escape routes, choice of remote no household areas nearby,
lack of CCTV monitoring and police presence, and a dearth of people about in the early hours of the morning, just outside of the Bay View Terrace precinct.

3. There is no body, no murder weapon, no witnesses, no sightings of SS (the 1st of SS, JR and CG victims).

IMO, making assumptions on the links between SS disappearance and that of JR and CG, that narrow down the scope of investigation's and possibilities, is the sort of risky and unprofessional nonsense I'd have expected to heard from those on the Beta v1.0 of the Macro task force.

It's the sort of closed minded, myopic, way of thinking, that IMO, removes one's right to be considered a credible professional or amateur sleuth.

It would be interesting to know if anyone has ever researched this way of criminal detectives thought process. Whether any research conclusions, pointed more towards corruption of the law enforcement and criminal detecting process, or training methods, policy & guidelines, mental illness and other health issues cause it.

They were general articles about human trafficking.

But it only takes a tiny bit of common sense to work out that of course articles online commenting on human trafficking IN Australia are going to concentrate on human trafficking INTO Australia.

Just because something doesn't appear on MSM doesn't mean it doesn't happen!

The articles also comment how there is a dearth of information AND investigations on this issue. So IMO they've only been able to investigate 50% of the problem. Half of the issue is people possibly being trafficked OUT of Australia, which then becomes an huge international policing task. Expensive. And IMO near impossible in non-friendly, non-ally countries.

Plus there's approximately 2000 people who go missing in Australia each year who are still missing after 3 months. Where do all of these people go?

https://www.missingpersons.gov.au/view-all-profiles

"Who is missing?
In Australia, more than 38,000 people are reported missing each year. While most people are found within a short period of time, there remain approximately 2,000 long term missing persons; those who have been missing for more than three months. Missing persons’ cases are investigated by State and Territory police."

Just reminding some sleuths, I NEVER stated [emoji817] certainty that SS was sent out of Australia for human trafficking. I suggested this scenario as a possibility only.
IMO A scenario worthy of sleuthing considering these facts and factors:

1. No body was found
2. Suicide not a concern
3. SS Had loving family and friends
4. No obvious reasons to 'leave'
5. SS was taken within narrow window of only a few minutes
6. Which points towards probably stalking
7. Or a really lucky drive-by since witness accounts indicate car coming up through subway
8. Then MAJOR CRIME SQUAD got involved within only 48 hours.
**Repeat - Major Crime Squad got involved. (How past missing persons cases have involved the major crime squad after only being reported missing for 2 days?)
9. the frenzy seen in MSM and policing over a missing persons case was unprecedented in Western Australia
10. Indicates this was more than just missing person case.
11. Still no body or remains found after 21 years.
12. Maybe its about time we consider other causes of her disappearance besides murder.
13. SS was fit and healthy 18 yro, so she didn't just collapse and die somewhere.
14. No evidence
15. SS is still missing
16. What are other causes of why missing persons go missing?

RSBM

IMO its NOT disrespectful to consider ALL options and reasons why a person goes missing.

Can you please explain precisely why you think the suggestion of human trafficking is disrespectful to SS family?

Once in a while someone will demonstrate that we all live in a paradigm of only acknowledging expectations that support our confirmation biases and blows them away.

Suggesting human trafficking of a random young girl is like believing every psychic. Its saying something that is not possible to prove and it's not likely to occur. If there was a trafficking ring going IMO they are hardly going to go to a busy nightclub district and pick some random person it's risky and why risk a big operation (because if it happened she wouldn't be the only one) on picking up someone from an area where they could be caught.

No one expected this either, but I'll keep an open mind.

Carey had become the victim of a sinister side of Thailand's sex industry where attractive white women travellers were abducted, drugged and held captive.

They became sex slaves for wealthy Asian tourists prepared to pay handsomely for the "white girl" experience.

Carey says when the girls became so damaged by drugs they could no longer perform they were dumped their deaths written off as drug overdoses.

Unlikely, but only the perpetrator only really knows, whoever that might be

In a similar vein, not many people expected a SK to abduct and murder 2 victims from wealthy suburb of Claremont!
But yes that happened.
And yes those 2 murders were unexpected and out of the ordinary.
So it makes sense to consider that other out of the ordinary events could occur in a nice place like Claremont!!!!

I'm going to make up a new word:

Capornism = the failure to view any other possibilities or POVs other than those considered the main focus, or the right and accepted way to approach an issue. The tendency to prefer tunnel vision. Refusal to see other non-conforming or non-confirming possibilities.
