Talked about Caporn real-estate a long way back in the threads when everyone was discussing Glyde St area of mozzie park. 1 of the flats where a witness saw Rocheford was listed by that firm. And someone by the same name as the founder of the firm was once a bar manager according to the liquor licensing court. In Northbridge and Cottesloe. Small world isn't it?

Hi PD - so we have Caporn in WAPOL, a Real Estate Agent Caporn in Claremont near phone box ss went missing from. Then someone with the same name as founder of Real Estate Agents who was once a bar manager in Cottesloe (perhaps OBH). Very interesting and coincidental🤔

Especially if the driver or passenger or both are tall, strip off the outer material and the foam off both front seats so they could swap places. Wouldn't be noticeable on the road at night unless stopped by a copper, as it happens random breath tests began in WA in October 1988.

Regarding reinvented hotels the Orchard on Wellington St opposite the Entertainment Centre, became Grand Chancellor Hotel then the Citigate Perth Hotel then the Four Points By Sheraton Perth. I'm sure I remember a dining complex near it with Chinese Lion Statues and pagoda shaped buildings.

Thank you. My comment about the metal bucket seats us if this victim was totally wrapped in what was described as sticky tape then how did she fit into a metal bucket seats. Has anyone found an image of a metal bucket seat. I think it more likely that she was placed in the metal seat well after passenger seat was removed. which kinda matches what would appear to be what occurred to the Julie Cutler vehicle as wasn't the passenger seat removed there as well!

I think his rage against Sheraton woman was he blamed her for his inability to sexually function.

If the perpetrator had been venturing into bedrooms, he was getting very game. Fortunately, no-one came home when he was there. JMO.

Hi ilikeclouds - this article mentions BRE is the son of a retired real estate agent. His father did work for Telstra. Perhaps went into real estate in later life.MOO

Could the "Dorothy" attack possibly have been done by the accused CSK? He was 19 years old in 1988. Into Speedway and possibly drag car racing. He could have borrowed a car from an acquaintance who was into drag car racing. The visciousness of the attack was from a very angry person. Perhaps he was impotent. The lady who was attacked said his age was in his 30's. Also the accused CSK's mo seems less violent. Could this have been accused CSK? I'm not so sure. MOO
